Hotels in Kuching Division

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my family arrived at 3:20 PM. They informed us the room was not yet ready. Eventually, at 3:30 PM, they received a call and were able to get a room. In this aspect, they need to improve. It's understandable that it is a school holiday. However, check-out is already at 3:00 PM, which is quite late. Postponing this while check-out is at 12:00 noon is not ideal.

good, easy access, staff polite & kind, very clean and easy to walk around to buy some goodies. hopefully it can maintain the goodness.👍

so far everything good, especially location is very convenient for us to go out bar for drinking and have morning also. There is a side walk along the river and we can have a fun with viewing Kuching famous view.

cosy hotel. nice rooms. clean and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. eveyone is always smiling.

friendly staffs, good hospitality, spacious bedroom & bathroom, my room was executive room. amenities provided in the room, you can ask for more mineral water too. they have a massive renovation until September 2025, so you can’t use the pool, but they provide a shuttle to their partner hotel if you want to swim. the breakfast was okay, quite varied with a nice ambience at the peak lounge
