We had a great experience touring with Zero as our guide at Vivaldi Ski Park. She is a great tour guide with a great personality and cheerful as well. She was also our ski instructor so it was easier for us to learn how to ski because we are already comfortable with her teaching us. After the tutorial, we started going in the beginner slope and got down safely. Many thanks to Zero in guiding us on this tour!

The entire package booking and experience was fuss free and straight forward. The pickup point is clearly reflect and our guide Coby even texted us the day before to ensure that we are all comfortable for the trip. A great shout out to Coby our guide too on providing us with advice on Skiing prior to the trip, it has proven useful. He might just be better than the ski instructors at Phoenix! Overall a pleasant trip.

Great experience with Coach Sam. The teaching for Beginner Snowboard lesson was fast and effective. He will guide you all the time and my group was just less than 4 pax in total. They have multiples Coaches during the trip so rest assure everyone will be helpful if there is any issue. *we was supposed to go Jisan but it was too early with the booking dates, so we manage to go further to PyeongCheong for better experiences. Great team!

I joined the trip alone. The guide was very helpful. At first, I was in the Chinese-speaking group, which I could understand a little, but the guide switched me to the English-speaking group without me even asking. Thank you so much. The instruction was easy to understand, and the basic techniques were enough to play. I'll come again next time.

Had such a fun tour! Sir Eric was super friendly and naturally funny — the kind of guide who makes you feel comfortable right away. He kept everyone together, shared cool stories about Korea, and made the whole trip chill and enjoyable. And seeing snow when we got off the bus? That was the perfect surprise ending.

So, from the beginning I will say I had a slight problem finding the place. But that is my fault bc I have no sense of orientation, and also I didn't see the sign that was obviously placed. For anyone who has the same problem .note is directly across from the cafè rhodendron. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful and the video that was provided to explain everything was very detailed. For single persons or in groups both is possible here and it is great fun and a nice bonding experience. It is also a great way to learn something new about yourself. And I'm not gonna lie I kind of felt like a chemist, I was only missing the goggles and the coat. It is definitely worth it.
