such a fun class where you can get a glimpse of what it’s like behind the counter. It’s an hour long, as opposed to some other tours that are 3-4 hours long because they focus on letting you assemble the ramen & talk to the shop owner / ask questions while eating. very cute little ramen shop and I tried a type of ramen I’ve never had before! The only thing is time went by too fast, wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer haha
This was truly such a wonderful and unique expierence! We met at a grocery store nearby and walked to the ramen shop where we were then told about the robust history of the shop as well as what kinds of ramen we would be making. we were guided in making two seperate ramens and both were extremely delicious. this was so much fun and both the guide as well as the ramen chef were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The tour guide Frank explained the essence of ramen kindly and wonderfully, which was quite rewarding. The ramen restaurant I visited was small but beautiful, and the ramen was delicious.
