Tangkuban Perahu Crater Tour from Bandung

I can’t say enough good things about our driver, Ega! He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Not only was he informative, sharing fascinating insights throughout the tour, but he also made it a point to personalize our journey. Ega offered to stop at additional spots not even included in the original tour, which added such a special touch to the day. On top of that, he provided a wealth of recommendations for other places to visit, making our trip even more memorable. His enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication truly stood out—he’s a gem! Had a great day joining this tour package. The locals don't usually recommend Domas as the attraction is invested with pesky, pushy peddlers who charge you and arm and a leg. We chose Ciater (go to the resort, not the public bath) which did not disappoint. Best time to visit would be night as surrounding temperature becomes lower. Our tour driver, Steven, was very knowledgeable and accomodating. With occasional jokes, he ensures our trip was a safe one.

Cokey was our guide and he was helpful by giving us tips on how to maximise our experience. Also appreciated his advice on how to politely turn down the many peddlers at the crater. The Orchid Forest was lovely and the visit to the kopi luwak centre was highly informative.

Highly recommended go through Klook arrangement for tour guide Steven and Cokey as both Tangkuban Perahu and Kawah Putih tour experience is rather different. They both are very experience attentive and flexible for trip itinerary. Tangkuban Perahu combined with Orchid Forest strongly recommended and Steven helped arrange a wonderful lunch at Dago bakery. One of the best Bandung local meals experience.

Our guide, Cokey was the best! He was friendly and very helpful during the tour. He shared a lot of information and suggested a delicious restaurant to eat at, he also took into account that we need to eat halal food. Apart from that, Cokey also suggested that we leave early to avoid macet and crowd at the places we visited. Overall, I am satisfied.

We got Esrina as our guide. She contacted us a night prior our tour, confirming on the pick up time etc. She is good, excellent driver and informative, shared a lot of informations and recommendations with us during the trip. She has great personality and ensure that we are comfortable throughout the journey. We had so much fun together. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

During this trip to Bandung, I visited Tangkuban Perahu volcano and the Orchid Forest, which were the highlights I was most looking forward to. Meeting our driver, Yusuf, for this tour was the greatest stroke of luck on this trip. First, the car was incredibly clean and comfortable. Driver Yusuf spoke English fluently, so communication was perfect. He also had deep knowledge of Bandung, making him seem very professional and experienced throughout our journey. Especially on this tour, Tangkuban Perahu volcano was an unforgettable and special experience! Feeling the mysterious scenery of smoke rising between volcanic rocks and directly experiencing the heat of an active volcano was truly amazing. The Orchid Forest was a great place for a relaxing stroll. We also went to a cafe that Driver Yusuf recommended, and wow... it was truly a gallery, just as its name suggested. It was such a wonderful cafe. With Driver Yusuf, who was so kind and considerate throughout our journey, the mysterious Tangkuban Perahu volcano, and the lush Orchid Forest, everything about the day was perfect. For those planning a tour to Bandung, I highly recommend Driver Yusuf!
