Reviews
We loved the trip. Abdullah was very patient and had great time management allowing us to beat the crowds and the heat. Highly recommend wearing proper footwear as the path can be very slippery especially when you start swimming.
I just completed the Wadi Shab day trip booked through Klook, and it was absolutely amazing! The entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The drive from Muscat to Wadi Shab was scenic and comfortable. The highlight was the 40-minute hike through the stunning canyon, where every step revealed breathtaking natural beauty. The trail is a perfect mix of hiking and swimming through crystal-clear pools, culminating in reaching a magical waterfall inside a cave. Swimming in those cool waters was refreshing and unforgettable
Wadi Shab was an incredible experience. The hiking level ranged from easy to medium. Wear hiking and swimming shoes, and come during the winter. When I went there, it was quite hot, so it was difficult, but the view was worth it. Bring plenty of water if you're coming this time. Leave your towel and other items in the car. You can also rent life jacket for 1 OMR. Sinkhole was nice as well.
It was a fulfilling plan with the majority of the course taking up about 2 hours one way. The Bimashinkh Hole was just a bonus with a 30 minute stay. It was a little cold because we went in December, but we managed to swim. It was a precious memory that you can't experience anywhere else. The lunch was also delicious and satisfying. On a personal note, I forgot my shoes on the tour bus, but I was very grateful that they returned them to me later. Life jackets can be rented for 1 OMR.
It was a really great experience. The hike was worth it people who are outgoing and love adventure will surely enjoy this. Excellent service and organized tour. keep it up.
Wadi Shab is ranked as the number one tour in Oman, and there's a good reason for it. Considering the price, they provide very kind guidance from the day before, including detailed information about pickup. You can sleep comfortably during the drive, and when you arrive at Wadi Shab, they lend you a life jacket and you can go in. The guide accompanies you and appropriately takes care of the group members, which was great. There were older people and relatively younger people, and it was impressive how they catered to everyone while guiding the tour. Additionally, if you can't swim, you can't go. Absolutely not. Even if you have a tube, you need to be able to swim on your own or have someone to help you. The end of the tour isn't like, super amazing! Or great!, it's just the fun of swimming in a wonderful scenery. That's Wadi Shab. However, the sinkhole is just a sinkhole. Moreover, the group was already tired from Wadi Shab, so they just took pictures at the sinkhole and all returned. Lunch is included, and the quantity and taste are quite good. In conclusion, it was a sufficiently good tour that was worth the price.
Hiking Difficulty: Very easy! And the scenery along the way is beautiful! Tour guide: I loved our guide Rashid! He arranged the itinerary very clearly and reasonably, making sure we all had a great time. He was also very talkative and sincere, and took care of everyone. A special thank you to Rashid for making our trip such a wonderful experience! Itinerary: The meals in the middle were also very good, with local specialties. The fried chicken legs were incredibly delicious.
This is a group organized by GidOman Tours, and the tour guide and driver are very responsible. The main purpose is to visit the Wadi Shab Valley. It takes about 45 minutes to walk and you can swim all the way up to the interior of the valley. It is a good experience. If you don’t know how to swim, you can rent a life jacket for 1rial, which will be much more convenient. The sink hole is relatively simple and the residence time is shorter. Eat Chinese food at a restaurant near the wadi shab. I personally recommend this trip.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Abdulla was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about his work and the natural beauty of Oman. He provided clear instructions and ensured everyone in the group felt safe and comfortable throughout the hike.
it was otherwise wonderful, except it looks too much pricier.
