Glacier 3000, Diablerets, and Montreux Day Tour from Lausanne

Really worth to go! The driver guide, Normunds, is a great guide, explain everything erything clearly. Back from the mountain, hot tea / wine waiting for us at the bus. Really warm to have such service. Anyway, must go Glacier 3000!!!!

The trip was great. The tour guides are also very good. The only pity was that I had to wait (delayed) on the side of the road for 40 minutes due to heavy traffic, but the whole trip ended perfectly. Those who want to book an itinerary must get the phone number of the local travel agency. They have people who answer the phone and speak English. The reply attitude is also good. we waited for the bus for more than 1 hours at the meeting point and there was no message or email received that the driver would be late. it was a very frustrating experience for us as we were not sure we were in the right meeting point. however the KLOOK chatbot did help and staff were helpful. it would be better if the conversation did not end for each conversation so fast leaving us to start the enquiry for three times in the process.
