Additional Information
- Infants and children, regardless of age, count as full fare paying passengers
- Should infants/children require a special car seat, please pay directly to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey
- If you are staying in the Docklands area which forms part of the boroughs of Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Lewisham, Newham and Greenwich, please book a Docklands Private Transfer (check the London area map)
- Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) and golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances
- A 50% surcharge will be applied for bookings made for 25-26 December and 1 January. Please contact us should you wish to book one of these dates.

Driver is on time. However, no call back for confirmation on timing. Had to call the tour operator for confirmation ourselves
Convenient and not expensive. The most important thing is not to carry your own luggage to get on or off the train or bus.
Really bad! Very disappointed! Before the tour, I have received confirmation that I have arranged the transfer. On the day of arrival, the local supplier actually said that I have not received any arrangements, and finally I have to go by car! After seeing it, I can't refund and claim back my fare.

Good service. driver was come on time and pick us up to Airport. The seat is spacious. Thank you
Spacious car for 6. The only downside is the punctuality of the drivers. Advised to set your pickup time earlier. Drivers were late for both airport and hotel pickup. Hotel pickup was more than an hour late. Call center claimed driver was late because of morning traffic.
The driver arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up, drive safely and arrive at the airport.
