What to expect
Your tour of the most poignant cultural and historical sites in Chiang Mai begins with a meet up at the bike shop where you'll receive your rental helmets and bikes. You'll start out in a slow, relaxed pace, called “Sabai, sabai” in Thai. This allows you to enjoy the small lanes throughout the old city before you head to the first big stop, Wat Chiang Man. The city's oldest temple, it is built in the auspicious Northeast corner of the old city. Ancient Marble and Crystal Buddha images are enshrined here, and you'll get a chance to appreciate them before you head to the City Navel. The City Navel is fondly known as the cosmological heart of the city itself. After observing and learning about the serene 700 hundred year old white Buddha and the Three Kings Monument, head to Wat Chedi Luang, the pinnacle of Chiang Mai's monuments. It houses the ashes of an ancient king and now home of the City Pillar. Afterwards, cycle to Tha Phae Gate, the oldest eastern gate of the city, which was once a major trading hub in history. Finally, you'll head into the Somphet Market where you'll gain a whole new appreciation for the local food in Chiang Mai. You can even snack on some fruits and sweets while there! It's a tasty cap to the end of your biking tour.

I highly recommend this authentic tour. Riding a bicycle through the ancient city of Chiang Mai is so comfortable in winter! The tour leader, Mr. Don, speaks very good English and is very friendly. He will explain the temples and markets we visited, and pays attention to safety during the entire cycling process. This itinerary is a leisurely tour. As a first-time visitor to Chiang Mai, I got to know Chiang Mai for the first time through this trip, which I think is very good.
Tour guide A is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The happiest thing is to eat street food at the local market. It tastes great. Love Chiang Mai.

Such a great tour to see temples and more of the city. My guide was so knowledgeable and really good. Highly recommend doing this tour.
Very satisfying experience! The tour guide James was funny and humorous. He had good communication skills in English. The explanation was clear and interesting. Not only took us to the local market to learn about the local customs, but also took us to visit different temples. Really recommend!
It’s a good experience in Chiang Mai old town for our family. The guide was so gentle and care for everything. We enjoyed so much to see some historical buildings and feel peace through small alleys.
Great tour and our guide was very informative. He was kind enough to wait for us when our taxi driver got lost which was very much appreciated. It was pretty hot and he took everything at our own pace and kept us well hydrated. Great way to see a lot of the old city you would miss if on foot.
Friendly and informative guides, lovely bike ride very enjoyable would definirely recommend
