Batam Fast Ferry for Singapore to Desaru and Tanjung Pengelih

Ticket collection at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal is a breeze. Vessel is clean and nice, with fast charging USB port available.

The ferry tickets are very easy to redeem at the ferry terminal counter, you’ll just need to show them the passport registered when purchasing the tickets. The counter also gives you your return ferry boarding pass when you first redeem your tickets. The ferry to Desaru can be a bit bumpy due to monsoon season, but overall very comfortable and clean ferry. Most convenient way to Desaru from SG!

confirmation email was sent about 1 working day later after booking. just had to produce passport at the batamfast counter on the actual day in order to get the physical boarding tickets. so just make sure your details are keyed in correctly when booking on klook. it was cheaper than booking direct on batamfast website aft taking into account promo codes and shopback cashback.

Easy to redeem. As always ferry to Desaru was a smooth sailing one. Clear instructions provided and answered. However, had a slightly poor experience going back from Desaru taking ferry service. Bad surprised to be charged quite an expensive fee for checked-in luggages based on total weight ( not excess weight). In fact the luggages were not in excess weight at all. Not sure if it's the new rule. May not be worth taking ferry back to singapore if you have several checked-in luggages.

redeemed at Tanah Merah Batam fast was quick and smooth. tickets were given for both ways which make it extremely convenient esp when back from desaru coast to Singapore. thumb up! 👍
