The tour guide Kevin (to be honest, I think he looks a bit like Korean star Son Hojun🤭) explained every attraction in detail and gave us plenty of time to visit during each trip🙏🏻The most unforgettable thing for me was his accompanying us. The little girl lost her balance while climbing in the canoe and fell into the water. She was soaked all over, but she was not angry at all, and the little girl was not afraid and was very happy. The company Sun and Sea in Western Australia is really rubbish. Please do not join this company's itinerary. I signed up three months ago. Then more than a week before departure, sun and sea told me that they wanted to cancel and asked me to change another date or change the three-day tour to a two-day tour. In the end, I fought for it myself and negotiated with the company, and Sun and Sea said that the departure could be arranged as scheduled. Then on the day of departure, there were 8 group members, all of whom filled up a small tour bus. So why did I cancel my reservation before? I thought it was because there were too few people participating and the company wanted to save costs, so they didn’t send me a group tour and only sent me the itinerary the day before departure. Klook's customer service is not helpful at all. This is something I want to reflect on. I signed up for a tour through Klook. What protection does Klook have for our consumers? ? ? Then I might as well sign up with a travel agency myself. Fortunately, we were able to set off as scheduled that day, but the tour guide was also very incompetent and unenthusiastic. He did not remind us of things to pay attention to during the itinerary. You need to take the initiative to ask about everything before he will tell you. At most, he is just like a driver. There was only one itinerary on the last day, which was to go sandboarding. I only arranged a small amount of time and returned to the center of Perth around 4:30. It felt like I wanted to finish work early. The itinerary said we would return to the city center at 5 o'clock. There was obviously still time, so why didn't he let us stay at the scenic spot one more time? He also insisted that we tip.
