I was a bit taken aback when I got a ticket for the mezzanine because I didn't know that it was given randomly between the orchestra and the mezzanine center. When I actually went to the theater, it was not a big theater, so rather than the orchestra seats in the back row, the mezzanine center seats on the second floor were better. It was a show that was already a box office hit in London, so it was full. The stage effects, the actors, the acting, and the music were all good.

I was surprised to get a good seat in the front row. It was a very fun musical, and even if you don't speak English you can enjoy it. The theater had a great atmosphere, and you can enter the world of the musical the moment you enter the theater. There were a lot of school groups and it was noisy, but when the show started the whole venue was excited and some people were standing at the end. I'm very satisfied.

It’s rather unreliable, you don’t get to chose your seats, just the general area (which can make a difference) The direct link to the ticket didn’t arrive promptly and even Klook support could not address the uncertainty. I’d recommend booking directly instead to reduce the stress of it all. Not worth saving a tiny percentage over all the hassle. BUT THIS SHOW IS AWESOME!!!
