When you open your eyes and see the Grand Canyon, it ’s worth a lot. The driver got up early to wait at the designated place. Breakfast is simple and easy. It will be introduced along the road. Time is not enough because the scenery is really beautiful Now, and the car is very comfortable, and the time control is good, PS .. I personally think that taking a helicopter has the advantages of a helicopter, but the limited time may erode other beautiful opportunities.

The tour guide, Chris, was great - friendly and helpful. However, several issues detracted from the tour's enjoyment. First, the windows lacked tinting or shade. The intense sun made for a hot and uncomfortable journey, especially considering it was already scorching outside. The luxury van felt far from luxurious without proper air conditioning, making the interior stuffy. Additionally, the seats were small and uncomfortable, offering little legroom. To top it off, there weren't any hooks to hang our belongings. Second, the itinerary felt rushed. We didn't have enough time to truly appreciate all the listed stops. Lunch was particularly short, leaving some of us unable to finish our meals. The tight schedule even forced us to skip Guano Point entirely as we rushed to catch the 12 pm helicopter ride. Things took a turn for the worse when the van experienced mechanical problems. Fellow travelers reported a broken radiator, which began at Eagle Point. The van broke down several times throughout the trip, including once on the freeway under the scorching 43-degree Celsius sun, about 15 minutes from the Hoover Dam. At the final stop at the Hoover Dam, we had to wait for a different van to take us back to Las Vegas. As a direct result of this experience, both my husband and I suffered heatstroke that night, experiencing fever and headaches. Given these issues, we believe a full refund for this trip is warranted.

Breakfast is bread, instant noodles, coffee, juice, and ok, the roast beef sandwich is hard to eat at lunch, the trip is not arranged in the order of the itinerary, the car seat is not as comfortable as expected.

It is really convenient for the BENZ RV to go directly to the hotel entrance. The Grand Canyon view and the Skywalk are worth a look! Overall there is no value for money!

We booked the West Rim Luxury Tour + Helicopter + Pontoon + Skywalk option but was placed in a group who mainly booked for only the West Rim Luxury Tour. The catch was our driver Ken, gave the same duration of 3.5 hours to all of us despite we have 3 more itinerary to go. I feedback to him that this is not sufficient but he did not want to change the meet up time and told that he will wait for us. So we started queuing/waiting for a long time for the helicopter + Pontoon ride at 1030 and only get to complete it at 1300. Which means my group only get to tour the West Rim + Skywalk within an hour while the rest of the group have a 3.5 hours to enjoy West Rim. Needless to say we had to rush through, and despite skipping almost half of West Rim destination points, we were still an hour late. The rest of the group were unhappy with us for being late and wanted to leave without us when we returned to the meeting point. And we were angry that we were not given sufficient time to finish our tour despite paying a premium for it. Really frustrating experience for us and ruin the trip. Would not recommend this as you don't get what you paid for. But the Helicopter + Pontoon ride and grand canyon view is excellent
