Service was good and value for money. Redemption process was easy as well, informed them of the reservation timing and name follow by showing the e-voucher. Therapist is professional and skilful, would definitely go back again.

I wanted to have a spa treatment in the same room with my two daughters, so I confirmed beforehand and then made the reservation. Surprisingly, there weren't many places that could accommodate three people in the same room, so I highly recommend this place to anyone with a similar request. The facilities had a wonderful ambiance, and there was even a pool in the garden, which made me wonder if it was a hotel, but it turns out they only operate as a spa. The two-hour session included a massage, scrub, and flower bath, and the content was absolutely superb.

Luxurious environment with free use of pool after treatment. We had the 2 hours Balinese massage. We felt that it's a bit too long. Would like to try the 2 hours massage and scrub in the future.

I had the body scrub, massage and flower bath. Great ambience. Do give yourself time to enjoy the pool.

The address is different from what I saw on Klook. It was cool and nice.

The massage shop is so pretty!! The room is also pleasant and spacious, and 2 hours pass quickly. It's a place I want to come again. It was kind and nice.

The masseuse had a cold and was constantly coughing, which made them unfit to give a massage. The massage started very lightly, and when I asked them to apply more pressure, it became incredibly forceful and painful. When the massage was over, they didn't inform me, and I was left lying on the massage bed, completely unaware that it had ended. Their attitude was the worst I've experienced in Bali; it was so bad that I didn't even want to leave a tip. The environment itself was acceptable.

The reception claimed they did not have any connection or communication with Klook service (sounded as if they did not know Klook at all?), so did not have any reservation arranged for us when we arrived at the shop. They initially claimed they could not even provide refund and asked us to simply leave! Eventually arranged two masseuses but made us feel as if we were not invited at all.
