I enjoyed Joseph's humorous explanations. However, it was a shame that the car windows obscured the view so much.
Another irresponsible travel agency. My order clearly stated that pickup and drop-off were included, and the address was specified. However, the day before departure, the agency told me they were changing the pickup location and that I would have to take a taxi to the new meeting point myself, costing me dozens of dollars for nothing! They also claimed that this pickup address hadn't existed for months, but I only placed my order a week ago. Who is lying?
