Booked this half-day tour through Klook. The tour guide confirmed the hotel address with me via WhatsApp's the day before the tour date. The pick-up arrived at my hotel on time on the day of the tour, which made my husband and I feel at ease. He gave us enough time to visit various attractions. My husband and I enjoyed this half-day trip very much. I highly recommend it.

Haven't successfully participated, so a fair split isn't possible. Has the platform followed up on my refund request? The organizer accepted the order without confirming my hotel. Ultimately, I couldn't complete the trip and am waiting for the platform to follow up. But I believe the trip would have been great if I could have participated.
