I'd give full marks for the atmosphere alone! The technicians have great massage techniques and provide excellent service. I thoroughly enjoyed the three-hour treatment and highly recommend it.

Super love the spa experience at Prana. Booked it for the last day of my trip to Bali. The masseuse is very hospitable and expert in what they do. Worth it. Would definitely recommend it and go back.

The reception staff and therapists seemed to be able to speak some Japanese. They greeted me cheerfully and I was happy that they spoke Japanese. The therapists were also polite and kind. It felt great! The welcome drink was delicious and so was the drink after the treatment! It was a 60-minute session consisting of a 20-minute head massage, a 20-minute Shirodhara treatment, and a 20-minute shoulder massage? Shampoo? I was also able to take a shower and felt refreshed.

what an experience. Highly recommended. The staff, atmosphere, service and attention to details with your welcome drink and after tea. Its a must go experience.

loved the spa. we took the sun and moon package. 180 minutes of heaven. loved it. do try. the massage was so good that I slept off. 🤣 snored away to lalaland.
