A bowl of chicken rice, paired with a bowl of hot soup, always makes me feel full of energy after eating. Highly recommended.

I had high expectations, but to my surprise, the fish was full of bones. It took me a long time to carefully pick them out before I could finish eating. I remember it not having so many bones before. However, the hot pot broth and ingredients are still absolutely amazing; they pair perfectly and are incredibly satisfying with rice.

Whenever I pass by Tainan HSR, if I have enough time, I always make a detour to eat Lin Tsung-ming's Claypot Fish Head. The flavor and ingredients in that claypot are just perfectly balanced. After finishing, I order a bowl of Tong Ji Anping Tofu Pudding from next door—it's truly a perfect combination! I sincerely recommend it to everyone.
