Cafe Lagoon proudly presents the "Tea Harmony Afternoon Tea", where the chef skilfully infuses the delicate notes of Matcha, Oolong and Earl Grey into every savoury and sweet creation, offering the palate a richly layered delight.
The savoury selection features the tender Steamed Egg Custard with Lobster Claw, the crisp yet succulent Tea-Smoked Duck Breast Pastry, and the refreshing Matcha Shrimp Salad Tartlet, each delicately imbued with whispers of tea fragrance. The sweet offerings continue the indulgence with the luscious Oolong Tea Custard Tart, the soft and aromatic Matcha Madeleines, and the silky Black Tea Sago Pudding, all crafted to grace your afternoon with refined tea-infused elegance.
"Sharks and Pirates" Adventure Zone (Applicable to specified packages only)
Enter the world of an enchanting sea where dazzling entertainment awaits. Welcomed by a gigantic shark at the reception area, young guests will be amazed by an interactive ocean illuminated with LED projection where sea animals are vividly shown every time you step into the area. A dedicated pirate-themed Arts and Crafts Corner provides an area for children to be artistic while the indoor rock climbing wall challenges the energetic crowd.
Adventurous kids can either dive into the shark obstacle zone, or jump into the adjacent authentic pirate play experience of a wooden ship equipped with kids-scale suspension bridge and climbs.

The restaurant's renowned outdoor barbecue station showcases an array of charcoal-grilled signatures, including Sambal Grilled Stingray, Japanese-style Grilled Eel and Grilled Hanging Tender. Cooked over glowing embers, each dish is infused with a rich smoky aroma while preserving its natural succulence. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary Crispy Cereal Tiger Prawn, delicately coated in fragrant cereal blended with condensed milk and butter, perfectly complementing the prawn's firm and juicy texture.
Beyond the barbecue selections, guests may indulge in a variety of hearty hot dishes, including the richly flavoured Braised Oxtail in Red Wine Sauce and comforting Mini Japanese Oden. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious, especially the desserts. If you love desserts, you must try them. I even saw the manager telling the staff to ensure everything was clean and tidy. The seating was comfortable, and the prices were very reasonable. We were initially worried about sitting outside in the heat, so we were very happy to be seated indoors where we could enjoy the air conditioning while we ate. Thank you for the arrangements; my child and I had a wonderful experience.
Excellent value for money, with a wide variety of food. You can always get more once you've finished, so you'll never run out. There's plenty of king crab, and today's special is oatmeal shrimp. Service: The staff are friendly and helpful, providing immediate assistance. Restaurant Environment: The indoor environment is comfortable. Price: The price is reasonable, and the buy-one-get-one-free offer makes it an excellent value. Experience: The Gold Coast buffet is unbeatable.
Buying the Gold Coast buffet on Klook this time was the best deal. The hotel definitely gives off a vacation vibe 😎😎. BBQ + buffet, fulfilling two wishes at once 🤩🤩. Today's special, the charcoal-grilled suckling pig 🐷🐷, was unbeatable. The egg waffles were also delicious, I kept going back for more 👍👍.
The variety of food is not very large. Food taste: Okay. Restaurant environment: Okay, but I'm not sure how to book an indoor seat. Service: The service attitude of all staff is very good, plates are cleared quickly, and the staff in the BBQ area are very polite. Price: High cost-performance ratio.
Restaurant Environment: Well-lit, clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Service: Waitstaff promptly cleared finished dishes and cups. A chef also proactively recommended that guests visit the outdoor barbecue area to pick up food. Price: Using the buy-one-get-one-free offer made it quite a good deal, slightly cheaper compared to other hotels. Food Taste: The theme was barbecue, with items grilled to order. There was also a live roasted suckling pig station, though there was a waiting time of about 10 minutes after the pig was served. There were five types of sashimi, including salmon, sea bream, herring, yellowtail, and sweet shrimp, but the absence of oyster sashimi was a slight drawback. The steamed fish and Matsutake mushroom stewed pork soup were delicious. There was a self-service beverage bar offering juice, coffee, tea, milk, and beer. Various desserts were available, including Häagen-Dazs ice cream and a chocolate fountain.
Experience: Arrived early and the hotel restaurant staff allowed us to sit down and relax while waiting for our meal. Service: The female receptionist was polite and provided attentive service, fulfilling our requests. The waitstaff made eye contact and smiled. It would be even better if they were more communicative and less silent. Price: The booking process was smooth, and the price was reasonable – you get what you pay for. Restaurant Environment: The restaurant's indoor environment was quiet, hygienic, and tidy.
I spent this past weekend at the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel and booked this brunch. The time was definitely ample, from 11:30 to 3:30 PM. There were quite a few choices, but the seafood was a bit lacking. The snow crab legs didn't have much flavor, and the other seafood was just average. But for brunch, there were a lot of options, including snow crab legs, jade snails, prawns, clams, mussels, and cooked scallops. The other food was average, but the beef sukiyaki and curry beef brisket were pretty good. The Chinese dim sum was average. Overall, it was relaxing and the food taste was acceptable.
The sea whelks and frozen shrimp were very fresh, the Chinese-style whelk head soup was made with authentic ingredients, the Indian grilled chicken pieces were delicious, and the pandan cake was incredibly soft and smooth.
Love it! Everything was delicious! All the charcoal-grilled items were so tasty: grilled wagyu beef, grilled stingray belly, grilled lamb chop, grilled prawns, grilled king prawns... and grilled pineapple was absolutely amazing! They recently opened a new Singaporean cuisine section, and the Singaporean Bak Kut Teh (pork rib soup) is excellent! Very flavorful! 😍 I've had the buffet dinner several times, and it's always consistently good. 🥰
The environment was comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff provided excellent service, and the food was fresh, including sashimi, crab legs, salad, and delicious beef. Our whole family was very satisfied.
