our guide Yumi, was lovely. Great communication when advising of the delayed arrival time. Excellent in finding a Mac Donald's for lunch to celebrate a birthday. pick up in Kyoto and drop off at our hotel in Osaka, flexible itinerary with guidance. Areas for improvement: the quality of the vehicle. it was very hot day and the aircon just couldn't cool such a large vehicle sufficiently. Alphards are definitely a more comfortable ride than the hiace. Cold drinks appreciated as was the surprise birthday gift.
Ms Yoko and Mr Yamaguchi was the best! We were running a tight schedule because of a previous reservation (our fault) but they made sure that we were on time without sacrificing the quality of the tour. both of them were very thoughtful and very very nice. Will definitely book again 😀

Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show). Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the vehicle. Please refrain from standing up while the vehicle is in motion. If you accidentally leave any belongings on the vehicle, please be aware that they will be disposed of. Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
