Bangkok Safari Park Kanchanaburi Full-Day Private Tour

The whole process from picking up from our hotel to the Cultural Village to the Safari Park and finally back to our hotel was relatively smooth. Except that there was language barrier, we tried speaking very simple English to them but they didn’t seem to understand us. We did not know the entrance ticket to the Cultural Village was included and the staff wanted us to pay to get in. But somehow or rather, I was contacted by the organizer the next day that it was included and they did a refund to me. Also, we were quite lost in the Cultural Village because we didn’t know what was complimentary and what’s not. But got to say, the village was very peaceful and calming. Apart from that, the tour was considerably worth it. The best part was the close-up experience with the animals!

It’s fun, you can have close contact with animals, the zoo is very big, there are many animals to see, the animals are all fat and white, and you can even feed the tigers yourself 😂

overall it was a very good experience. driver was very nice and told us where and when to meet, settled our tickets for us and helped be our translator w the locals. the drive was about 2.5 hours to 3 hours one way, but it was very smooth. highly recommend.

We went to Thailand specifically because we wanted to take pictures with giraffes. The product information stated that if we need to take pictures with giraffes, please contact Klook customer service directly, and an additional price of 1,000 yuan will be paid on site. I have confirmed it twice with Klook customer service and asked customer service to note it in my order letter. , and the travel agency also showed the time. When we arrived at the zoo, the on-site staff informed us that we did not have a reservation! How ridiculous! I immediately wrote back to the travel agency, and both parties were trying to blame each other. The travel agency told us that there was no reply, and sent a screenshot of the conversation between me and the customer service to the travel agency. The travel agency did say that Klook did not reply to it? However, Klook said that I should reply by myself? May I ask what kind of deceptive trick Klook is playing? I booked with your Klook today and confirmed that we need it. Do I still need to contact the travel agency myself? So what’s the point of using Klook? According to Klook's logic, everyone is advised to find a travel agency on their own - Klook is just helping with advertising. waste time! For the itinerary where I don’t need to take pictures, I can just stay at an ordinary zoo, so there’s no need to waste time!

The driver acts as a guide and is very friendly and punctual. She will wait for us on standby in the car and help us communicate with locals and buy tickets. But the zoo is too small, and the visit ends in half an hour, and the drive is longer than the visit.
