Reviews
I had a wonderful experience on this Gyeongju tour. The itinerary included many beautiful and historic places such as Bulguksa Temple, Gyochon Traditional Village, Woljeong Bridge, Daereungwon Tomb Complex, Hwangnidan-gil, and Anapji. It was a great way to explore the history and atmosphere of Gyeongju in one day. A special thank you to our guide Kayla, who was absolutely lovely. She was very kind, friendly, and made the whole day even more enjoyable. She also helped us take amazing photos and shared great tips about the best spots to take pictures without crowds, which made a big difference. Everything we visited was beautiful, especially Bulguksa Temple and the night view of Woljeong Bridge. I really appreciated Kayla’s positive attitude and helpfulness throughout the tour. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Busan who wants to see the highlights of Gyeongju.
Booked this full day Gyeongju trip on Klook small group, fantastic! Guide Hyony was amazing: knowledgeable, friendly, energetic & made it feel personal. Smooth pickup, clear English intro. Started at Bulguksa Temple—Hyony explained pagodas, bridges & Silla history beautifully, with photo time. Then Gyochon Village’s hanok charm, stunning Woljeonggyo Bridge shots, magical Daereungwon tombs with royal stories, trendy Hwangnidan-gil for snacks/coffee, and epic dusk at Donggung Palace & Wolji Pond—lights on water were pure magic! Hyony was patient, fun, paced perfectly, offered water/snacks & great photo tips. Comfy transport, tasty lunch included. No rushing—pure joy! Hyony made history alive. 5 stars! Highly recommend this Klook tour. Thank you, Hyony! 🇰🇷✨
Taking a tour is the easiest to visit many interesting places that would be harder to see by yourself because public transportation is not easy or quick enough. The price is very economical for the tour and the number of places to visit. There is a lot of time to see and visit (take pictures) without feeling too rushed. Our english tour guide Ellie did her best to ensure we had historical information and to get us through the long day without any mishap. Having the night view of the bridge was a major plus. The view of the summer palace was also good, but would be better if it had been darker.
This trip to Gyeongju was nothing less than amazing! There was so much to see and photograph on this tour. I felt like we had just enough time at each place and that the itinerary was well planned. Our English speaking tour guide Lee was fantastic! I found him to be very kind, funny and patient. He did an excellent job providing a wealth of information about Gyeongju at each site. This tour was definitely worth every penny!
First, the company canceled my tour on the morning of the trip. I received an email at 5:00 AM for a tour that was scheduled to start at 9:00 AM. They explained that an unexpected accident involving the tour guide made it impossible to operate the tour. After I contacted them, they were able to accommodate my group on the same day. Despite these issues, the tour itself was absolutely worth it. Our guide was incredibly kind, friendly, caring, and professional. They worked hard throughout the entire day and truly made the experience enjoyable. The sites we visited were beautiful, including Bulguksa Temple, Yangdong Village, Daereungwon Tomb Complex, Cheomseongdae Observatory, and Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond. Yangdong Village was my favorite stop and the highlight of the trip. Although I was very disappointed by the last-minute cancellation and the seating situation, the guide completely changed my impression of the experience. The company is fortunate to have guides like them.
I had booked the wrong date and only realized it after receiving an email from the tour conductor a few days prior. I quickly requested a date change, paid a small cancellation fee, and was able to join the tour two days later. I was very grateful for the advance communication. After experiencing the day's itinerary, I realized it would have been impossible to do it alone. I'm glad I participated in this tour. The bus was also excellent, with comfortable seats, large windows, and spacious seating arrangements. We had three guides (English, Japanese, and Chinese speakers), which allowed us to follow the schedule without any worries. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much.
It was a wonderful experience. Our English-speaking guide, Katrina, was excellent. She provided historical information about the various sites and other insights into Korean life that we had never known before. It was fun and educational. The time spent at each location was appropriate, and everyone in the group managed their time very well. We were very impressed.
This trip is worth it to explore when you are in Busan. You learn more about Korea's past. You explore traditional houses and structures. Our tour guide Kee is fluent in English and great in explaining each details for each destination. He is also great at taking photos. Highly recommended!
The itinerary was well-chosen and allowed us to see a beautiful destination like Gyeongju in just one day. The opportunity to see some sights at sunset or at night is priceless. Our English-speaking guide, Kee, was fantastic: timely communication, lots of information shared, always attentive and kind. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful day with our guide, Kayla Kim. She is a kind and fun guide who always has stories to tell and accompanies us throughout the entire tour. A small possible improvement for the tour: include a small bottle of water on the bus in case of extreme heat and the entrance ticket to visit the royal tomb. Other than that, we really enjoyed our day in Gyeongju!
