What to expect
- 80~90m above the surface of Namhangang, the 25m high Mancheonha skywalk observatory allows you to have the experiencing of walking while viewing river water 100m below your feet. All of Namhan River in one frame, the thrill of walking on a path in the sky over Namhan River! Take in the beautiful panoramic view of Namhangang with just one glance and have an exhilarating and thrilling experience on the Mancheonha skywalk!
- The alpine coaster is a high-speed dash following the tree and grass fairies’ remote forest path on a 960m long monorail at a maximum speed of 40km/h.A leisure sport available for anyone seeking endorphin to participate in regardless of age, boredom, step aside! When you descend while feeling nature’s refreshing breeze as if you’re soaring through the sky, you can see the beauty of Namhan River and the surrounding cliffs in a picturesque frame.
- The Mancheonha zip line is a sensational extreme sport exclusive to Danyang in which you ride on 2 fixed wire ropes, 980m in length, and take a non-powered glide down to the ground. At 120m in the air above the Namhan River surface with a speed over 50km/h to add thrill, the activity consists of course 1 (680m), which connects Manhakcheonbong and the transfer station, and course 2 (300m), which connects the transfer station to the parking lot. When you descend while feeling nature’s refreshing breeze as if you’re soaring through the sky, you can see the beauty of Namhan River and the surrounding cliffs in a picturesque frame.
- Chungcheongbuk-do is famous for the "Eight Views of Danyang", among which "Three Peaks of Dodam" is the most famous. It is one of the must-see attractions in Danyang. The three peaks of Dodam are located in the clear and green water of the Namhan River, with Jiangjun Peak (Husband Peak) as the In the center, on the right side is Wife Peak (Son Peak) sitting opposite to each other, on the left is Concubine Peak (Daughter Peak), and the three peaks stand on the water. According to legend, because the wife hates the husband who takes a concubine for the sake of giving birth to a son, he turns his back and sits with his back. This kind of spectacle is more attractive to the popular Korean variety show "Two Days and One Night" to shoot here.

The paragliding experience was awesome! I was lucky to be assigned an instructor who can speak some English and really assuring. Totally enjoyed the flight and the breath-taking scenary will make the long car ride worth it. Took the Zipline at Mancheonha Skywalk which also made my adrenaline high! Definitely going to challenge the dynamic course for paragliding next time!
Nice place to visit. I had been visiting Korea 4 x in my last 3 years. This tour is among the best feeling. I don't see much overseas tourist, maybe it is not festive season. However, ther are many local visit the area. Should come e and experience it

Our team compose of Chinese-Singaporeans and Chinese, Mr. Alen only speak Korean and Chinese and I only speak enlish but Mr. Alen made sure that always ok and never left out.
Tour was perfect. Our driver & Guide is very good-Ricky was very nice and keep the schedule in check! Efficient and friendly too. Scenery in Danyang was amazing and beautiful! Paragaliding experience was really good! View was superb ,wish we have more time to do more activities as the place is beautiful!

SUPER UNDERRATED TOUR! THIS IS THE BOMB!! ITS SO FUN! The tour guide was friendly as well, the instructor was very patient and well in explaining the land of Danyang when you are in the sky ~ I love it, it sad to hear that there weren't many customers doing it. 100% safe, and never felt a single worry because they always double-check. Aside from paragliding, other parts of the tour was fun as well.
Once in a lifetime experience, I had a lot of fun there and my paragliding was around 7-10 minutes, which is really worth!
love this trip! the view is amazing from the skywalk. 👌 We get time to also play the zipline and alpine coaster which Is self paying but so worth it. Most visitors are locals, it was a 3.5 houts drive from seoul, stopped at a rest stop 1 time which we can get lunch/drinks, washroom. highly recommend to follow this day trip!
The car is very comfortable, the driver is very kind, and the activities are fun. Paragliding is so worth it!
i like the convenience of having someone pick us up from seoul because it is such a drive about 3 hours. and they have whats app so it was easy to communicate without needing a korea phone number. the flight people were very nice too. they included a photo session. the driver also contributed on the photo session. i would say avoid the VIP course? that one was not really worthit. or upgrade at the site.

- Reservation is possible starting with 1 person and the minimum number of people needed to depart is 5. In the case of departing with less than 5 people, we contact you 2 days prior to the predetermined departure date through APP ID or email to either assist you in changing the reservation date or give you a full refun.
- Free for children under 2 years old (no seating arrangement. Admission not included)
- Children under the age of 13 months - 2 years old must purchase a cruise boarding pass only on site. On-site purchase price 8000KRW.
- Children under 12 months can board the cruise for free.
- The maple leaves are affected by the weather changes. If the landscape is not as expected, the tour will continue as usual. Please be informed.
- Alpine Coaster (15000KRW/person), zip line (30000KRW/person) can be purchased on site.
Precautions for boarding the Alpine Coaster
- People under 48 months or 65 years old and above cannot board the alpine coaster.
- Children ages 5~8 must board with a guardian.
- Children 120cm or taller in height must board individually.
- In the case of 2–person boarding, if the total weight is more than 100kg, boarding together is forbidden.
Precautions for boarding the zip line
- People 70 years old and above cannot board the zip line.
- Only people with height greater than or equal to 135cm and less than or equal to 200cm are able to board.
- Only people with weight greater than or equal to 35kg and less than or equal to 92kg are able to board.
- As long hair is a safety hazard, please tie long hair before boarding
- You cannot board wearing a skirt. We recommend pants below knee-length.
- As sandals, high heels, and slippers are at risk of slipping off while riding the zip line, please wear gym shoes.
Precautions for boarding the Alpine Coaster&zip line
- Reckless riders or people that are non compliant to operators’ control may have their boarding discontinued.
- Physical disabked people and slipped disc patients, people wearing casts or braces, pregnant women, people inebriated with liquor or drugs, patients of epilepsy or panic disorder, and people who have recently undergone internal or external surgery cannot board.
- For passenger safety, all filming is strictly prohibited.
- Objects that can become lost such as hats, glasses, or phones should be stored in the lockers or placed in pockets with zippers. (We are not liable for lost or damaged items.)
- You cannot board with personal items that can obstruct vision or be safety hazards such as long hair, backpacks, selfie sticks, etc.
- In the case of bad weather (rain, snow, lightning, etc), operation may be halted for safety.
- Please comply to the operator’s guidance and regulation.
Frequently Asked Questions About Paragliding
- Q. 1. Is there an age or weight limit?
- → There is no strict age limit, but typically people ages 5 through 80 participate in the experience. Boarding is possible for people weighing between 12kg-110kg, but as paragliding does not have a source of power, there may be some variance in flight time based on weather and weight. In addition, if there are strong winds, there may be limitations for boarding for children or the elderly and frail. (There are also limitations if you have a severely herniated disk or if you have heart conditions.)
- Q. 2. Are guardians carrying children while paragliding?
- → Passengers board in “teams of 2,” consisting of 1 pilot and 1 passenger. This applies to children as well, and they will be boarding with an assigned pilot.
- Q. 3. How do we come up after we land?
- → There is always a pickup car waiting at the landing site, so after landing, you will ride that car and return to the takeoff site. However, if there’s good weather and you ride the air current and fly high, there are cases in which you land at the same spot you did takeoff at.
- Q. 4. Can we still paraglide if it rains?
- → In light rain, paragliding is possible as long as there is appropriate wind direction and speed. (We proceed in most cases excluding heavy rain, heavy snow, or very strong winds)
- Q. 5. How are the videos filmed? Are they filmed with my cell phone?
- → Videos are filmed with a “GoPro” owned by the instructor, and we are sharing the footage right after the flight by connecting it to your phone. Thus, you must have your phone on your person. Also, filming with your personal cell phone is prohibited for safety reasons
Descriptions for Each Paragliding Course
- Basic
- → The basic course is smooth and comfortable and is the most basic course in which you glide for an average of 5~6 minutes.
- Dynamic
- → In the dynamic course, you interrupt smooth flying with jolts and descend in a spiral so that you can feel the thrill of an amusement park ride for a flight averaging 5~6 minutes. (The BEST course!)
- Healing
- → Gliding for an average of 8~9 minutes, the healing course is a flight in which you can experience a smooth, comfortable flight for a long time.
- Special
- → The special course is a combination of the Dynamic Course and the Healing Course, and averages 10~12 minutes. In addition, if the air current is stable, the passenger can have the experience of holding the handle and piloting the flight for a bit.
- VIP
- → With a 15~20 minute average flight time, the VIP course is the highest level course in which you can experience all of the subordinate courses.

- Characteristic of paragliding being affected by weather, there are day-by-day changes on what courses are available.
- Paragliding is advanced reservation only, so if reservations are full and closed during the peak season (August-October) as there are many Korean tourists as well, we issue full refunds.
- If flights cannot be conducted because of heavy rain, heavy snow, or very strong winds, etc., we issue full refunds for all paragliding fees.
- We are not liable for any accidents that occurred due to disobeying the on-site instructor’s orders.
