Pocheon Art Valley, Herb Island & My Animal Story Full-Day Experience

Cycling at Sanjeong Lake is very special, Pocheon has beautiful scenery, Vanilla Land has a huge lantern festival that is very special and worth seeing, the tour guide and driver are very considerate

Although the itinerary was changed due to the heavy snow, the tour guide really made good arrangements. The tour guide’s driving skills were very good even in the heavy snow! The tour guide took us to pick strawberries and to the place where the North and South Han Rivers meet. The scenery was beautiful!

We have been using Klook for yearsss now and this experience was the worse ever. We were verg disapponted with the tour guide as he was disorganized, does not know how to speak in English, not friendly at all, and was rude. We even had a lot of trouble acquiring tickets for each tour. He does not give complete and accurate information about the tour, he only tells what time we will meet again at a certain spot and he will walk away! He is VERY DISORGANIZED. Even the other people in the tour group were dismayed by him. Please do something about this as the fee is not that cheap! I could can’t move on from the horrible experience. I want a refund.

The guide on the day did not speak English. He had to use a translating app to give basic information such as meeting time and location. He was not a guide, he did not provide any information about the places we were going or provide sufficient information about things to do there and where to go. I am very disappointed in the tour because I go on many tours through Klook and always have a good time and an excellent guide. The places on this itinerary were great but the "guide" did not stick to the itinerary and too much time was spent at the Lake and not enough at Herb Island. Meeting locations were not made clear and change in itinerary was also not communicated. I would recommend the places but not this tour if it is the same "guide".

This is perfect for everyone even with kids. We enjoyed the 3 locations and Sanjung Lake is our favorite. Definitely will do it again. Thanks to Ricky our tour guide. Meet up location is easy and on time. Sharing the promo code we used to get discount: AJCENZON

Because Pocheon Art Valley did not open without warning that day, the tour guide arranged other itineraries and provided free lunch as compensation. It was handled very well and we had a great time.
