The car is very huge. The driver show us around the city and he is always on time. He also introduce us place of attraction and recommended local specialities food that we can try on. The beach along the city is very nice and the car is very comfortable. Definitely will book again if I wen back to sanya in the future. 5 stars
Our driver, Mr Huang was polite, patient and accomodating to us. He also helped us to buy entrance tickets to places of interest on our behalf and gave us a briefing to help us enjoy the tours better.
Our driver, Mr Huang, was patient and accomodating to our requests. He also advised us about lower priced tickets for elderly and for kids below 1.2m at tourist attractions.

The driver's uncle arrived on time, was kind, and helped buy tickets, saving a lot of money, and finally sent us to the airport on time, right!
Most disappointing. Driver did not turn up. Waited almost 1 hour in vain. At the end decided to hire a taxi. Klook initially refused to refund but after demanding an explanation for the refusal they relented. Definitely would not recommend this activity in Sanya.

it was very bad experience because the driver had been asking we need buy event tickets from him so he can make more money. the driver had dropped us at the 三亞千古情 and left without notice. we need reached out the agent requesting another driver to pick up us. we were very frustrating to the original driver 's attitude to entertain customers like us and his money making mindset without caring our feeling. the driver name is Mr. Wong.
