Redeeming the voucher was easy. The location was also easy to spot - right in front of the grotto. The service takes a bit of time.. but that's where the beauty is, because they manually brew your coffee. It's a delight to observe the process.

The food was great ! The staff was welcoming and hospitable . The place was nice but were unable to see the view since we came late at night. The price of the food was worth it, relaxing and pet friendly.
