When I saw this product was available on Klook, I wanted to get my ears picked, so I immediately chose the basic care course. I received a What's App reply soon - the appointment time, and the efficiency was very fast! The whole process, from the explanation to the physical experience, felt very serious and professional. Before I knew it, 60 minutes had passed without any interruption. After the completion, there was a flower tea reception, making the guests feel at home! It is adjacent to Exit B1 of Kwun Tong MTR Station , about 5 minutes walk, the location is very convenient, I will definitely come back in the future☺️
the therapist was very professional and the whole experience was super relaxing and therapeutic! I had some ear wax pushed near my ear drums but the therapist helped to take them out with no pain - I can now hear more clearly XD

It's the first time I went to pick ears, and I decided to choose this room after reading Klook's message. It's so hot today🌞 After stepping, the owner told me to shake and drink cold water. Afterwards, the shop owner started the briefing process, and after listening to the briefing, he didn't feel so nervous. The whole process was so comfortable, I was holding back, but it was so painful that I couldn’t bear to laugh 😂 On the way, the shop owner asked me if I was uncomfortable. My ears are not dirty so the massage will take more time. The owner's massage is good and comfortable, and the essential oil smells good. After finishing the course of treatment, (I took about 2 clocks to the left 🙈) the shop owner, Zhong Youcha, asked me to choose a drink, and then he would talk to me again, and would not drive people away. The owner is nice and caring, and took me to the bathroom and sent me away🤣 It is such a warm little shop that I have never encountered before. Recommended!!! Support!!! I look forward to my next visit! After finishing the ear candling, I feel so happy that the pieces are thinner😆

It was my first time to have my ears picked. Because my ears were very itchy and clogged, I urgently found an ear transplant in Hong Kong. It is a small shop with a clean and comfortable environment and atmosphere🥰The owner Emily explained the whole process very gently and carefully, explaining what the problem was with the ear before proceeding with the ear picking. Her technique was very good and the whole process was very comfortable and there was no discomfort at all. , she helped remove the ear stones, and my ears were healed immediately. It felt so good. After cleaning my ears, I massaged my head and almost fell asleep🥴 Recommended to everyone, it’s great🥰

The process is rigorous and orderly, reducing customers' alertness and discomfort. During the ear-picking process, we always care about the customer's feelings, relax and retract freely, and carefully take care of the customer's needs, so that the customer has a satisfying experience.
The ear-picking process is comfortable. Before ear-picking, you will be asked to choose essential oils, including grapefruit, sweet orange and lavender. You can choose one for massage afterwards. The ear, eye, shoulder and neck massages are very comfortable, and there are also Japanese eye masks for the eyes. After finishing, you can have tea and snacks to eat while resting. It’s a great experience!
