I had a great experience at Black Hulk Ear today. Emily welcomed me with tea and clearly explained the process, which made me feel comfortable from the start. She was gentle and attentive, always checking if I was okay. I'm usually a bit nervous with massages, but I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. Emily also removed a big pimple from my ear painlessly and with great care relaxing and pleasant visit. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in trying something new. Today I went to Black Hulk Ear for ear piercing. Emily made me tea at first, and after I slowly relaxed, she explained the whole process carefully, which made me feel at ease. Very gentle gestures during the process, and will take the initiative to ask me if I will be cold, how I feel, really courteous. Usually I get nervous doing massages, but this time I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep, no pressure at all. Emily also helped me clear a large pimple from my ear, which was very delicate and not painful at all. This time also tried the ear candle for the first time, it felt very special, after the ears were very refreshing, the whole person relaxed. The whole experience was very comfortable, highly recommended!

Experience ear picking for the first time, listen to music in a comfortable studio, and the owner will make you hot tea of your choice to relax you. The shop owner first understands the condition of the customer's ears, and then uses an ear model to briefly describe the ear picking process. The whole ear picking process is very attentive and always concerned about the customer's feelings. Since my ear canal does not have too much earwax, I will allocate more time to the shoulder and neck massage. The owner will focus on the massage according to the tense muscles. It feels good and comfortable, and the essential oils have a soothing effect. The entire ear-picking experience took nearly two hours to complete. Afterwards, I chatted with the owner about the experience. It was truly a pleasant experience. A local store worth supporting, recommended!!!

Highly recommend Emily's service, it's so professional. ☺️ I was in a hurry when I arrived and was out of breath. Emily first brewed a pot of tea for me so that I could take my time and relax. After that, I was asked to choose my favorite essential oils, and the ear canal and the formation of earwax were explained in detail. I had always been a little bit scared to have my eardrums repaired before, but after listening to the explanation, I felt a lot more relieved. The process was very comfortable. I should have been comfortable enough to sleep when the first ear was picked 😂 The amazing thing is that Emily was very gentle when picking the ear, but she was very strong when pressing the shoulder and neck. After asking around, I found out that Emily used to be a pastry chef, so she could massage her shoulders and neck very hard to relieve the pain. Looking forward to receiving services again in two to three months💓
I have been to black hulk ear before, and this time I purchased the Zuo Nuan Gong treatment because I wanted to take care of my body. The environment is as clean, comfortable and relaxing as before. During the treatment, the store's own ginger oil will be used to massage the belly, and then the machine will be used to introduce it. During the treatment, the store owner Emily has been taking care to ask me whether it will hurt, whether the intensity should be adjusted, whether the heat is ok, etc. I felt that the owner was attentive and very satisfied with the environment and the arrangement of the treatment. Will repurchase again and recommend to friends:)
Veery good experience in cleaning up the ears. very professional and patiently explained what would be expected before the treatments. the place is clean and cozy. there are even with some snacks while waiting.
The owner is very friendly. It's easy to book via WhatsApp, and they reply quickly. Upon arrival, they explain the service process in detail. It was a good first ear cleaning experience, not painful, and the environment is comfortable with music to help you relax. I will go again next time.
When I saw this product was available on Klook, I wanted to get my ears picked, so I immediately chose the basic care course. I received a What's App reply soon - the appointment time, and the efficiency was very fast! The whole process, from the explanation to the physical experience, felt very serious and professional. Before I knew it, 60 minutes had passed without any interruption. After the completion, there was a flower tea reception, making the guests feel at home! It is adjacent to Exit B1 of Kwun Tong MTR Station , about 5 minutes walk, the location is very convenient, I will definitely come back in the future☺️
