- Your SIM card will be delivered with Singpost and should reach in about 4 working days after your booking is confirmed, but it can occasionally take a few days longer
Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- Insert the SIM card into your mobile device
- Please ensure that data and data roaming is turned on on your mobile device (for iOS: Settings > Mobile Data and Mobile Data Option; for Android: Settings > Mobile Networks)
- Wait for a few minutes for your mobile device and SIM card to sync. Restart your mobile device if the connection process takes too long
- Please note: SIM is set to activate on your indicated departure date. Please make sure the date is correct and message the supplier in case of a date change

Easy to set up and use at the desired destination! Would highly recommend! The only thing I would take note of is the delivery date (4 business days after placing order) vs the activation date (date specified in the booking for the date you want the data to start). I was confused initially and had to clarify with the agent before I finalised my booking.

the SIM card cannot work in Johor Bahru Malaysia. Despite following all instructions, the SIM did not work on my iphone 10. I even had a SIM card seller in JB Sentral assist to try out and even she say SIM card not able to work

Delivery was on time and the data connection activated as per the stated timing. The app however, only displays 5GB instead of 10GB which I purchased but I was told that it was just a glitch on the app. Did nor verify it but I was connected throughout the trip. Do note that there would be areas with deadzones but it was a convinent way to stay connected traveling through different countries.
