UNIONPAY Presents KAREN MOK THE ULTIMATE GRAND SLAM SHOW

Karen Mok's debut in 2018 was her 25th anniversary and she specially held the "The Ultimate Karen Mok Show" in 40 cities around the world. Karen was originally scheduled to perform in Hong Kong at the end of her tour last year which is now scheduled to perform on June 11-12 this year. The concert is named "UNIONPAY Presents KAREN MOK THE ULTIMATE GRAND SLAM SHOW".

For this performance in Hong Kong, Karen put all her effort into the concept "The Ultimate Karen Mok Show" tour in the past, and in line with the theme of this "Grand Slam", "UNIONPAY Presents KAREN MOK THE ULTIMATE GRAND SLAM SHOW". The poster design was carefully thought out where she is wearing a gorgeous hand-stitched skirt that resembles a tennis costume, Karen is imitating the strike action of a tennis player, as if she is in a ball game as Karen said: "The Ultimate Karen Mok Show" concert contains the concept of the spirit of the ball game.

On the tour poster that started in 2018, Karen has her foot on the golden globe patterned football, which represents the beginning of the world tour. The concert also has the feeling of matching the first and second half of the ball game. It is like a dance between the Dancer and the Band representing the spirit of "Hard Working."

After many years of the tour, "UNIONPAY Presents KAREN MOK THE ULTIMATE GRAND SLAM SHOW" is not only the last stop of Karen’s “The Ultimate Karen Mok Show” tour, but also the last major concert to be held. In the future, Karen will bid farewell to the stage. She said: "The Hong Kong stop of the "The Ultimate Karen Mok Show" World Tour is also my last time large-scale concert. I am not going to retire, and I will never retire. I really love to perform, but for my second half, there are other plans. So I hope I can draw a perfect end to my first half in Hong Kong, where I started." So fans must seize the last chance to see her final performance with many special scenes!

When will I receive the tickets?

• Your physical tickets are expected to be deliveryed by 5 Jun 2021. If you didn’t receive the ticket(s) one week before the event day, please contact us via Klook Support immediately. How is seating selected?
• All tickets are allocated on a first come first servced basis. Will handling fee be refunded if tickets are cancelled
• The tickets cannot be cancelled.

• Physical tickets are required for this event. The tickets will be mailed by local post to the address input by you during the purchase. Only delivery service will be provided. No self-pickup option is available

• Priority booking ("Offer") for the Concert applies to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Unionpay Credit Cards ( "Eligible Cards") issued by Unionpay (Hong Kong) Limited ("Unionpay").
• Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the Offer.
• The priority booking period for Eligible Cards is April 19, 2021 10am to April 20, 2021 09:59pm("Priority Booking Period"). During the Priority Booking Period, Eligible Cardholders can make priority bookings through Klook.
• A customer service fee of HK$38 will be charged on each ticket purchased.
• Tickets are limited, while stocks last. Each booking can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets in each transaction at same ticket price.
• Transaction under 3 tickets will be delivered by local post within Hong Kong. Transaction over 4 tickets will be delivered by free courier services within Hong Kong. Delivered outside Hong Kong are not applicable in the event.
• Cardholders should ensure the delivery address/information is correct. Unionpay, the concert organizers and KLOOK are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to wrong or incomplete delivery address/information. In case of any related enquiry, the Cardholder shall contact KLOOK for advice.
• No refund, cancellation or amendment will be allowed once the tickets are sold. Tickets will not be replaced if lost, defaced or damaged.
• Tickets are for those aged 3 or above only. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be provided for admission.
• The concert date and ticket seating are assigned by the ticketing system, no alteration or cancellation is allowed. For any event cancelled or postponed, the organizer will decide and announce the ticket refund arrangement. The refund shall be made to the holders of original tickets only. Unionpay & KLOOK are not the supplier or service provider of the products/services/auxiliary services provided and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The concert organizer is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
• Unionpay, the concert organizer and KLOOK reserve the right to invalidate any tickets reasonably believed to have been resold or used for any other unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Only tickets purchased via KLOOK will be accepted at the concert. Tickets purchased via unauthorised sellers shall be rejected for entry and no refund shall be made.
• Unionpay, the concert organizer and KLOOK reserve the right to cancel suspicious booking without prior notice.
• Unionpay, the concert organizer and KLOOK reserve the right to terminate the Offer or amend their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The terms and conditions set out herein shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
• All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Unionpay, the concert organizer and KLOOK.

• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Important Notice

• Due to the epidemic prevention regulations of the venue, it is necessary to fill in the form and put in the collection box before entering the venue, including name, contact number, date and time of the visit, or use the "Leave Home Safe" mobile app to scan the QR code of the venue and show the scanned screen to the venue staff.
• If you have a fever, body temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees, or you do not wear a mask, the organizer reserves the right to refuse your admission, and the concert ticket fee and ticket handling fee will not be refunded.
• Eating and drinking are strictly forbidden at the venue. Audiences must wear masks properly during the concert. If there is any violation, the organizer reserves the right to ask them to leave the venue. The ticket fees and handling fees for the concert will not be refunded.
• During the performance, it is strictly prohibited to use flash photography, photographing, recording, and mobile phone live broadcast. If found, the on-site staff have the right to immediately delete the audiovisual materials of the event.
• The venue has its own admission rules, please be sure to abide by the organizer and the venue's regulations. If there is any behavior that interferes with the activity, the organizer reserves the right to ask them to leave the venue
