Seafood set was yummy and location was easy to access. Staff was friendly, service was great. Will be back if I ever visit phuket again in the future.
We enjoyed the 1hr free flow drinks at the deck. Nice new space, good ambiance, staffs were wonderful. Booking and redemption were simple via Klook.
We enjoyed 2 hrs free flow drink at the Deck beach club, serving interesting selections of cocktails, wines and beers.
Very shoddy service from the Sheraton team, did not expect this from a 5 star hotel. Firstly, they did not inform me when my hour of drinks had started, then they gave me such a limited menu which had only 3-4 cocktails and a couple of beers and no wine. No one even helped get a place to sit initially even after I kept asking them. Not recommended, zero starts on service.
