  • Bellavizio Bordeaux Blanc 2015: a Semillon/ Sauvignon Blanc blend awarded the 2018 Decanter World Wine Awards Silver Medal (90pts) and deemed the hidden jewel of Bordeaux “Entre Deux Mers”.
  • Demon Vartiere 2015: a 100% Carmenere varietal specially produced for Michelin 2-star restaurant Bo Innovation and blended to complement the umami of Asian cuisines and the eccentric flavours of molecular gastronomy.

I can hear the effort paid in making from grape to wine. Every step does need a thorough consideration and many ppl participation.

I did not touch the set even it meant to be drive that with the show online. I did not know that I can’t join the zoom party when I purchase it. Totally waste because I actually don’t like the red wine from Chile.
