There are a lot of refreshments during the evening cocktail hour in the Horizon Club VIP Lounge, and the staff is very kind and courteous (especially Joyce); the next day, the breakfast at Cafe TOO is very rich and has many choices. Our $1000 credits were used for room service, and we couldn’t run out, and we even bought cookies from the bakery. Check out at 3 o'clock and stay for more than 24 hours. Overall, I had a great two days here.

In the second morning, the buffet breakfast at cafe too was very rich, and there was so much food that I couldn’t try it out, because the food area was as big as the buffet dinner, so I ate slowly and it took me two hours to eat. Since you can check out at 15:00 on weekdays, and go to the Horizon Club for a tea at 14:00 before leaving, a complete staycation with non-stop eating and drinking ends first. Hong Kong’s service is much better than what you hear. It’s not as good as your own experience. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and Horizon Club are all very friendly, and they can pay attention to the needs of customers. The room is elegant with all kinds of high technological equipment. I love the way they protect the environment without downgrading the enjoyment of guests. The staff was very helpful, well trained and polite. They sent us flowers, cookies, chocolates and tailor-made cards to celebrate our anniversary. The food at Cafe-too and the lounge made our day. Various choices and delicious! We also enjoyed the World Cup in the hotel room! Last but not least, the Christmas decorations was everywhere. I love the joyful atmosphere here!
