At affordable prices, we got the equipments that supports us during trekking such as raincoat & pole. Also they provided us with photographer to capture our moments & activities during the trip. The trekking was really exciting. The guide, Mas Idris, was very friendly and helpful. So addicted to trekking.

Really nice service from operator. They contact us 1 day prior activity and early morning before trip, share with us PDF guideline of things to prepare. Guide is helpful, professional and certified by HPI (Himpunan Pariwisata Indonesia) Trekking pole is provided. You also get insurance. Note than the road from meeting point Jungleland to trekking starting point is narrow and uphill. Be careful when driving or you can book the car from operator instead for more hassle free experience.

Super fun and very enjoyable!

Booked on Friday for activity on Saturday. The booking email and voucher had no info (or name) about the operator or guide. When we arrived at meeting point, there were many guides but without names, we didn't know where to start. Chatted Klook on the app (I made the booking) to ask for contact details. There was only a bot response, and I didn't get any useful response. My Indonesian friend finally managed to get the contact. Note: foreigners who cannot communicate in Bahasa Indonesia will find it difficult as the operator/guide don't speak English. 30 minutes after we arrived, we finally connected with the guide. The trek itself was not too bad, but the overall experience was less than desirable.

A terrible experience. Nobody contacted me, the customer service phone number doesn't work, and no one replies on WhatsApp.
