Exclusive ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL Staycation Offer
- ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL is not a designated quarantine hotel. Starting from February 24, 2022, according to the Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass) Regulation (Cap. 599L), room guests who stay at the hotel are not required to hold the Vaccine Pass. However, all customers must carry the Vaccine Pass and actively present the vaccination record or Exemption Certificate and the relevant QR code to the person in charge of the premises to enter the hotel's restaurants, swimming pool, and fitness center. The requirement to use the "LeaveHomeSafe" (LHS) mobile application has been extended to all premises regulated under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F). All customers or users must first scan the LHS venue QR code using the LHS mobile application before entering the premises. Multi-household gatherings involving more than two households will be prohibited. At the same time, the maximum number of persons in every guest room may change subject to any updates on the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation implemented by the Government
- In the meantime, to ensure the safety of the hotel's staff and current guests, the hotel does not accept any guest who is booking for any special purpose (including but not limited to: self-quarantine, the persons who are under exemptions mandatory quarantine, compulsory testing or "StayHomeSafe" scheme)
- Under the HK Government's compulsory quarantine order, or who have been in close contact with anyone who is currently under this order has visited other countries/territories in the past 14 days before the check-in date, including those exempted from the compulsory quarantine (special exempted guests: guests who enter Hong Kong under "Return2hk Scheme", "Come2hk Scheme" or has completed the mandatory quarantine imposed by HKSAR Government). Addresses/premises provided or declared are currently under restriction-testing declaration (RTD) operations *guests who enter Hong Kong under the "Return2hk Scheme" or "Come2hk Scheme" are required to present the "Green" QR code issued by the HKSAR Department of Health while checking in to reduce the contact of the people mentioned above with the guestsAll guests are requested to fill in a health declaration form and provide residential address proof while checking in to ensure all guest information provided is true and updated. In the absence of address proof, the hotel may decline guests' check-in; or the guest can contact the hotel's front office staff to present the circumstances. A form will be provided on the declaration for the residential address
- The hotel reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law for any false statement
- The above arrangement may change subject to any changes in the Prevention and Control of Disease Regulation implemented by the Government without notice
- ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL will review the situation regularly and reserves the right to the final decision in case of any disputes

- Special precaution on Covid-19: prior to booking, please be reminded to check if the hotel you selected is affected by suspected or confirmed Covid-19 cases. I booked 2 rooms with afternoon tea, one has a free upgrade suite for children, and the other Deluxe Room. Suite Azai likes it! Afternoon tea I feel good rock my taste! White peach sea urchin theme! Embed in the mini bar and get a welcome drink! There are many breakfast buffet styles! There is a swimming pool in the middle, I chose the morning, the time is so full! Very satisfied 😎
The overall arrangement is very good, it can be improved around 3:45pm to have the room, but the restaurant has arranged a late check-out hotel staff to bring in the room before the check-in procedures, the room is well arranged, clean and there is no odor. Dogs discharge, but slightly smaller, there is only one restaurant for dogs to enter. There are fewer choices and no room service.
I am very satisfied with this staycation. I have nothing to do at home due to the epidemic, so I can shake it out! Breakfast is not lost! Afternoon tea is exquisite, cost-effective, the rooms are clean and well-regarded, five-star praise, there are bicycles, swimming pools, and fitness rooms. Children have a good time🥳! 👍👍👍

The 1288 package dinner buffet and hotel rooms are very attractive leisure programs. The rooms are very clean and nice, and the buffet dinner styles are also many, which can meet the needs of different guests. The only shortcoming is that the check-in time is from 6 pm to the second in the evening. At 11 o'clock in the morning, the official calculation is less than 24 hours!
The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, first-class staff service, courteous and diligent, good food standards, and convenient transportation. The experience was very comfortable and satisfying.
This hotel has a novel design and can bring pets, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. For example, during my stay. Suddenly a staff member entered the room without notice. On the wedding anniversary, the hotel was upgraded to a river view room, which is awesome! The afternoon tea set is delicious, and I have planned to stay next time.
The hotel is so new and clean, but when I took the room, it was 5:30. My waiter was not ready to tell me to sit on the sofa and wait for a while. The room was upgraded to my class, but the buffet was not lost. The swimming pool on the rooftop is good to play👍
