This is a birthday celebration. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the front desk and restaurant staff were polite. The buffet is delicious, the seafood is fresh, the soup is delicious, and the sweet desserts are not too sweet. However, some cakes were only sold once and then never again. It's a pity that I didn't have a chance to taste them.
The buffet food variety is OK, but some of the listed items are not available. The hotel room is not big, but it is OK when you see Victoria Harbor.
The hotel offers hotel accommodation with breakfast and dinner, which is really great value for money. However, I called the hotel to inquire and found out that they were not able to provide free cakes to celebrate the anniversary, which was a bit disappointing. Although there is no free cake provided, the hotel upgrades the room to a higher floor for free. The hotel area is smaller and narrower than usual hotels, but you can enjoy the sea view, which is pleasing to the eye. If you want to be picky, I think the hotel equipment is older and there are some stains/marks on both the tables and stools. The hotel currently responds to environmental protection, so it cannot provide toothbrushes (remember to bring your own).
Good food, friendly staff, rich buffet, comfortable seats
The room is comfortable and has a good view outside the window. The bathtub is a bit narrow and unfortunately the bathroom does not provide the necessities that the hotel will provide. Although the buffet food selection is not many, it is enough!
The transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and polite. The buffet is very rich, the seafood is fresh, the cooked food is delicious, and the desserts are not too sweet, which is good. Ordering the package through Klook is cheap and convenient. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff is polite. The room is clean and the breakfast buffet is abundant. I will stay again when I have time.
The service attitude of the staff in this hotel is very good, especially Mr.Christopher at the reception desk. Every time I see him, he smiles and is sincere in his work, which is worthy of appreciation. Thank you very much! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🎉🎉🎊🎊
This is my 4th time staying at Nisan Bayview International Restaurant. The breakfast and evening buffets are very delicious! I will stay here again next time.
The buffet in the evening is very rich, the breakfast is ordinary, the new room is very beautiful, there is no value-added service during the festival, not every staff is polite, but it is clean and comfortable, the staff in the cleaning department are very nice, smiling and polite👍!
