Review for:  Telaga Waja Rafting + Kintamani Tour

The Telaga River is really fun! It is very turbulent and hardly needs to be rowed. The paddles are fun. There are not many 80% of the river sections that need to be grasped. Our family has a lot of fun. Put it away and grasp it. It will not be dangerous. A boat is a coach with four people. Change clothes and put them in the car. Ask the driver to drive to the end. Just bring valuables to participate (will be equipped with waterproof bags). However, after participating in the itinerary, I calculated that it would be much cheaper to charter a car with Kelu and buy the ticket for the Telaga River by myself! The driver service is very good. Bali is really a country suitable for tourism.

Review for: Telaga Waja Rafting + Uluwatu Tour

With the gusti eka guide, I had a comfortable and enjoyable long trip from early morning to late at night. The two and a half hours of rafting were tense during the rapids and relaxed during the downstream, and I had a great time with the skilled rafting guide. Since my whole body got wet, I think it would be good for those who are sensitive to the cold when rafting in August to have a thin waterproof windbreaker. After rafting, I took a quick shower in the shower room and had a delicious lunch. Is it a market side dish? It was an ordinary lunch, but it was delicious. On the way to Uluwatu Temple, I visited a Luwak coffee farm, tasted various kinds of tea and coffee, had a cup of Luwak coffee (purchased separately), and visited Uluwatu Temple. The guide accompanied me and gave me detailed explanations and took pictures at key points, and I enjoyed watching the Kecak dance with the sunset falling into the Indian Ocean in front of Uluwatu Temple. It took an hour to avoid the traffic and take a shortcut to Jimbaran. Honestly, I didn't expect much from Jimbaran seafood, but it was one of the best foods I've had during this Bali trip. And back to the accommodation. It was a long 14~15 hour trip, but thanks to the meticulous care of the Gusti guide, we were able to complete it safely. Is there another tour with this much cost-effectiveness? This is a trip I would recommend.

Amazing experience first time water rafting. Beautiful nature spots to be seen while rafting with plenty of breaks so that you won’t feel very tired to continue the activity. Kecak fire dance is a MUST watch if it’s your first time in Bali, plus the view at Uluwatu. Transfers from point to point was super smooth with a friendly driver who explained more about Balinese culture.

Telaga Waja rafting, the Monkey Temple with bats, and Tanah Lot sunset viewing created an adventurous and culturally rich day. The personalized touch from the driver, allowing flexibility and accommodating changes, added to the positive experience. The ability to explore alternate locations and extend stays, along with the convenient drop-off at our new hotel, made the tour even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the driver for going above and beyond! 🚣‍♂️🐒🌅

Enjoyed the rafting trip at Telaga Waja. Beautiful lush green setting with plenty of waterfalls and wildlife. We got to try local durian at a rest-stop and a simple lunch was provided. Sunset at Uluwatu was breathtaking and the dinner at Jimbaran was delicious. Excellent value tour!

Very good, the driver is friendly, I especially like the captain of the boat, he is serious and responsible, and his boat control skills are first-class. This river is really exciting, and the current is very fast in many places. During the process, a tourist from another boat fell into the water. The captains of several boats tried their best to save the person. The rescue team appeared on the scene in 2-3 minutes. It was obvious that they all rowed with their lives. Overall it's exciting but safe. After playing this, I guess other rafting will be boring. If there is anything that needs improvement, it is that their staff clearly took photos at two points, but no one was selling photos at the end. We also forgot about it, which was a pity. Also, be sure to pay attention to sun protection.

Review for:  Telaga Waja Rafting + Kintamani Tour

Rafting on the Telaga Waja River was moderately thrilling, a long course of 2.5 hours, and a lot of fun. The view from the river was more beautiful and you could hear the birds chirping better than Tegakarangrais, which I went to in the afternoon. On the way, I saw someone who had fallen off the boat and was on the way to rescue them, so small children who don't have much strength should be careful. I wasn't expecting much from lunch, but it was delicious. I remembered that the lunch I had for a short course a long time ago, probably at another company, was really bad, so I was glad that it was unexpectedly delicious. The scenery of Kintamani was also very beautiful. The guide was also very accommodating and accommodating. The tour included a village famous for its silverware at the end, but when I told them I wasn't interested, they took me to a coffee farm instead. I tasted Luwak coffee for the first time and was able to buy a lot of souvenirs, so I was very satisfied.

Review for: Telaga Waja Rafting + Uluwatu Tour

This is a really awesome tour schedule. After picking up in the morning, we went rafting, and the rafting course only lasts 3 hours. Because I was exposed to a lot of sunlight, my thighs got burned and I had a hard time for about two days. I recommend applying plenty of sunscreen and wearing a full-body swimsuit or clothes that cover your entire body. The coming down course was really fun and there were many waterfalls along the way, so we stopped for a moment and took pictures. For an additional fee, you can also take pictures at mid-spots with a professional camera, which I recommend if you want to make photo memories. After rafting, we went to a place to shower and change clothes, and lunch was provided. It was a buffet, so you could eat as much as you wanted, and it was delicious. After eating, we took a long trip south to Padang Padang Beach. It was really hot there, so we just took pictures. Next, we moved to Uluwatu Temple, and the guide told us not to lose our luggage as the monkeys were violent and often stole things, so he went with us and took care of us. He also took good pictures while keeping an eye out for the monkeys at photogenic spots. I also enjoyed the Kecak dance. I sat down and watched it from the seat designated by the guide. Following the advice, I watched only the last scene and went out before the crowds started coming out. Lastly, we moved to Jimbaran and finished our itinerary after eating the provided seafood set, coconut, and water. They took me safely back to Ubud and said I had to stop by the supermarket, so I was kind enough to stop by and buy some necessary items before arriving at the accommodation. This is the end of a satisfactory itinerary. The guide's name was Naya, and although the itinerary was long, it was limited to travel time, and each place we visited was packed so well that it could be called a tour. Recommended!

Review for: Telaga Waja Rafting + Uluwatu Tour

It was a good experience but we probably chose the wrong timing. We were there in mid March when it was the raining season. Unfortunately, our raft capsized and due to the strong water current, my husband, my 10 year old son and I drifted for a bit down the rocky river and we were injured. But the guides were very helpful in helping us back on the raft to continue our journey. It was quite a long ride. If you're a first timer, I would recommend doing the Ayung White instead of the Telaja Waja as the latter is more challenging. Apart from the little rafting accident, everything was great! We truly enjoyed the Uluwatu experience where we saw the most amazing sunset and the Kecak Dance performance. The night ended with a memorable seafood dinner by the beach.

Review for:  Telaga Waja Rafting + Kintamani Tour

I did it with the Kintamani tour. Aldo, our driver and tour guide, was very friendly and punctual. I didn't really want to go to Seluk Village, but they told me I could change my itinerary first, so I changed my itinerary to go to the Luwak Coffee Farm. I recommend Aldo!! It was very comfortable and not difficult to drive!! Thanks to Aldo, I enjoyed my trip to Ubud. There is an additional charge of 300K to go rafting and take pictures. It was quite expensive so I thought they would even print it, but they just took pictures. I thought there were photo spots along the way, but there weren't any. Just put on a life jacket and take a few photos at work before leaving, take a few photos when you get on the boat, and take a few photos at the main spot, where there's a drop, and that's it. It gives you a Google Drive address link, but you have to click on each page to download it;;;; It seems more expensive than taking pictures at tourist attractions in Korea...
