North Bali Waterfalls and Rice Field Trekking Day Tour

the guides were friendly and accommodating. we get to experience nothern bali unlike any other. we were a big group so there were lots of delay but they were very patient with us. the driver was patiently waiting even though we were way beyond the schedule and we requested for a recommendation for a meal and they brought us to an authentic bali home with good food and good atmosphere. there were a lot of trekking so you better be prepared to walk for hours. the waterfall park may or may not be part, there were some confusion, but you can check with your guides. my group had a wonderful time. thank you!

Disappointed this time around. I did this exact tour with my friend in 2022, and it was awesome then. At that time, we had an experienced English-speaking guide who took us through the rice fields and provided intreresting knowledge, provided snacks/water, and ultimately took us to the waterfalls- all expenses covered. This time, we booked the same tour, but we had a non-English speaking tour guide, who didn't take us through the rice terraces, and didn't provide any sort of plan. They couldn't understand us at all when we tried to clarify the plan. Eventually, after complaining, they handed us over to another guide who spoke English. However, this guide tried to get us to pay 100k idr to swim- despite our package saying all admission/activity prices included. Also, didn't take us to the rice terraces at all. No snacks. No interesting knowledge. Basically we drove 3hr either way just for a nightmare experience, and for a shortlived 1-2hr swim around the waterfall, without a hike.
