Latitude 02 at Le Meridien Putrajaya

Service was great. Food was just ok. Food was very hotel-like food. Nothing special. Too many sweets, some fruits and only 2 savouries. Tea and coffee were very good, too.

Had a great experience dining here. The food, the ambiance, and the staff's treats are all perfect for us. I told them we were celebrating my mom's birthday and they gave us a complimentary cake for it. Thank you so much for the best hospitality, Le Meridien, Putrajaya! Definitely gonna come back in the future :)

The staffs are very polite and friendly but the environment is below average as it is situated near the lobby counter with guests checking in and out of the hotel. This created a rather distracting atmosphere that didn’t feel conducive to a relaxing high tea. Additionally, the air conditioning in the area was inadequate, making it uncomfortably warm throughout our visit. It was hard to fully appreciate the delightful selection of teas and treats when we were distracted by the heat and the bustling crowd around us. Overall, while the food and service may have potential, the setting and comfort level significantly impacted my experience. I hope that improvements can be made to enhance the ambiance for future guests.

I wish this were better, food wise. The price was unbeatable but the flavours were lacking. Booking through klook was easy, and so was making reservations. I just whataspped them for a booking. Service was very lovely. if you opt for coffee, there is no milk substitutions. I enjoyed the peeled jackfruit and scone the most. We were served whipped cream instead of clotted cream, but it was still delicious. Strawberry jam was nice too. Good luck to everyone tho.

location was bad. table was too low. environment doesn’t suite fr high tea. foods were not fresh . lots of flies . bad experience!. 0.5/10

Food are horrible, it's no standard of the 4 to 5 star hotel.

The location was on the right side of the lobby, which was easy to find. There were more sweets than savoury items, which wasn’t quite what we expected. It would be nice to see a more balanced selection in the future.
