Nice experience. A little rushing due to big group, other than that it's worth going. Guide was friendly, helpful & patient. Would have been better if audio commentary was provided as there were times we were unable to hear the explanation during the tour at arena.

A place worth visiting First take the sightseeing bus from the meeting point, then go to the souvenir shop to buy gifts and stay, and then officially go to the stadium. The tour guide will explain the history of the return and the last return trip can return to the commemorative point to buy more.

Loved it!! Only disappointed with the food available at spot which was expensive especially compared to the quality.

We were able to enter the players' locker room. It was a bit of a shame that the museum was closed on the day we visited. I recommend checking if the museum is open before booking the tour.

The tour basically drove you around town for almost an hour before taking the autobahn out to the stadium. When we're almost there the tour guide informed us that the stadium museum is closed for renovation, and left us no choice but the continue with the entire itinerary. The communication wasn't really clear throughout as the bus has no label of which tour it is. once we arrived that was a lot of confusion on what time to meet and where to go. Other than that The Stadium tour itself was a good experience.

The tour was poorly managed. We booked the English guide tour but the tour guide was speaking in three languages - German, French and English, all throughout. Her instructions were difficult to understand and often made us miss important narrations during the city tour and instructions about tour logistics. If you are travelling with a toddler like us, think again before booking this tour. They were late in starting the tour and leaving the arena at the end of the tour. But the one time they couldn't wait was the toilet break. We were constantly standing near the guide so that we do not miss the arena tour at the stadium because as it is her instructions weren't clear. But the moment we stepped aside a little to attend to our baby, the whole group was gone. The guide didn't even bother to look around or call out that they are leaving. We ended up missing the stadium walk by a mere 2-3 minutes and had to buy the tickets AGAIN. Strongly recommend against this booking.
