Reviews
This package is with B&J Dive Centre. I was excited to arrive at their resort to find the presence of their large and repeated clientele. During our four days, we found their lessons well paced and enjoyed our time with our instructor Dan! Am looking forward to taking the advanced course back with them. Will highly recommend.
Enjoyed our Open Water Dive course with the resort. The instructor was patient and experienced and we enjoyed the whole process.
Awesome place to learn! Instructors are friendly! Theres a nice pub and cafe there to chill as well!
Overall met expectations. Dorm accommodation was basic and comfortable. a couple of restaurants nearby dive centre serving Malaysian dishes. Dive trainer adhered to highest training and safety standards.
ridiculous service from the front desk. says here that it is a 4D 3Ncourse, the course specifies that we need to complete a boat dive in order to qualify for the cert. and the last dive is at the boat. the return is limited by the boat returning to shore. I absolutely have almost no control as to when the boat comes back. isn't it common sense for the provider to provide a comfortable exit? one last comfortable bathe before leaving is apparently too much to ask? I'm beyond angry. apparently we are expected to bathe in the outside at the dive centre or literally outside in the open after a dive before leaving the resort? they'd expect us to check out before a dive? ridiculous. when asked they said, the other guests need to check out. the front desk service has been unhelpful from the beginning till the end from assisting with our queries to helping rearrange with our departure ferry. zero help. rude manager. poor quality. only saving grace is the instructor is extremely professionals
