Activation procedure
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day

- Please follow the below instructions and photo guides referring to your specific phone device:
- To Add eSIM: 1. Go to Settings > Cellular, then tap Add Cellular Plan 2. Enter the Activation Code received from the confirmation sent by eSIM provider 3. Start traveling with your eSIM plan
- To Erase eSIM: Settings - Cellular - Cellular Plan (choose the plan you want to remove) - Remove Cellular Plan

- If eSIM plan hasn't been used up, users who delete the plan cannot be re-issued a new code or refund. Also, if eSIM plan hasn't been confirmed with KarDear customer service the validity, users who delete the plan cannot be re-issued a new code or refund.
- If the plan you added displays "Activating" continuously, please turn off the old plan. You can turn on all the plan after the new plan is activated.

This was very easy to use…and the contact support is very accomodating…answers all my questions..at first i thought it cannot connect but i just did not open the data roaming thats why there is no connection,…after that viola very fast internet connection…we used it both in Sapporo and Tokyo for 14 days..

Lovely way to have internet throughout your entire trip in Japan! I experienced little to no connection issues. The only ones I had were in the most remote areas, which is to be expected, but all this meant was a little less faster internet. Being able to use this as a hotspot was also a lifesaver as me and my partner would both be able to use the internet.
