Booking guidelines
- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
- When you redeem a voucher, please fill in your information and select a redemption date. You can redeem your pass at the major JR West station
Pass eligibility
- Up to two children (Ages 1-5) travel free with an adult rail pass holder if they don't occupy a seat. A child rail pass is needed for each additional child starting from the third
- Infants (aged under 1 year old) can be accompanied for free
- Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" Visa stamp on the passport. Non-Japanese passport holders with a permanent residence in Japan cannot use this product
- Secure a Temporary Visitor Stamp at immigration to be eligible for a JR Pass. Do not pass through the automated gates, as no stamp will be applied

- Children aged 0–3 can enter the expo for free. To access specific pavilions or seated events, 3 free tickets for children aged 0–3 can be obtained after purchasing an adult ticket and linking it to an Expo ID
Notice of redemption of reserved seating for JR West Kansai Wide Area Pass
- Please check the official website for train accommodation details
- Reserved seat tickets must be booked separately at a Green Ticket Machine or station ticket office
- Passes that include unlimited reserved seats: Seat reservations must be made at a JR ticket office starting from the 7th booking
- If the reserved seat quota has been used up or no reserved seat ticket has been redeemed, the pass can still be used for unreserved seating
