Excellent service from TTD Global! They emailed me after I booked on Klook to ask for a detailed itinerary and etc, and also a day before to inform about the details of the driver and the car. I had a massage session planned out in the itinerary and didn't know that I have to make a booking at the massage parlour, but the driver already helped me to make a booking earlier which made really made the day! The car condition is clean and comfortable.

If you are visiting the vast Ayutthaya ruins in Thailand for the first time, we definitely recommend a chartered car with a veteran driver to efficiently tour the ruins! We were picked up at 10:00 and it was an 8-hour course. It was easy for our family of three to travel, and we were able to efficiently visit the ruins we wanted to visit and the recommended temples, and we also had the opportunity to experience riding an elephant. As soon as we departed, a cat got stuck in the car on the highway, so we were two hours late to rescue it, but we were told to go to more ruins and more things over that time, but we were more than satisfied with just the recommended temples. We were dropped off at the entrance to the temple, and when we got on, we were picked up at the entrance at the right time, so we were able to go around easily without the hassle of moving around. We went to a recommended restaurant for lunch just before arriving at the Ayutthaya ruins. The atmosphere was very nice and the food was delicious. Chartered cars are more efficient and freer than going around in a group tour, so they are highly recommended for families with multiple people!

very good day trip to Ayutthaya. we went to all 6 places as planned. the driver is very good & very patient. we are very satisfied as the trip going well & very relaxing as we bring my along grandma with us. the car is comfortable. the driver also very punctual. overall, wonderful trip.👍

An amazing service! Our Driver Mr Bow was great and despite the small English-Thai language barrier, communication was fine. Adding to this, he was very accommodating and happy to recommend/add stops for us to go to especially a really delicious boat noodle restaurant for breakfast and the night markets in Bangkok!

Very nice experience, our driver was very nice and very good. When I asked some questions he always answered and tried to help us by answering questions about things we should see in Bangkok. He spoke good English.

driver was on time, friendly. we got to Ayutthaya and only managed to see one Wat. we had to go back to Bangkok as one of us sick. driver ok with confusing change and we end up using the rest of the time in Bangkok. disappointing we could not spend time in Ayutthaya but company was ok for us to change itinerary and not waste the booking in Bangkok.

We travelled to Ayutthaya comfortably with toyota fortuner. The driver eventhough not fluent in speaking english but he was very helpful, especially when we were looking for halal food places for lunch.

Will recommend this! Even though driver is not good in english, we just used google transilator to understand each other. He's very nice and punctual! No regrets! Speaking of the van, its very spacious!

Our driver was very experienced and professional. He knew what was the best times n where to drop us off and pick us up. He made good recommendations of temples to visit. The Thai restaurant he took us to served nice seafood. Overall, we had a very good time and safe journey.
