- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
- Gdex is the default delivery partner for this SIM. The package will be posted on the same day if you book on 15:00 every Monday-Friday
