Reviews summaryA wonderful and mesmerising trip!! Absolutely amazed with all the freshly seafood and nice wines. Special thanks to the fantastic and very helpful staffs Huww and Zoe for all of their kindness and efforts which made our day! Highly recommended especially to seafood lovers!!
Hugh and Zoe were awesome guides! Hugh caught so many abalones and sea urchins within what seemed like just 15mins while Zoe was fantastic in preparing the seafood and sharing about sustainable fishing in Tasmania. Hugh was also an absolute masterchef, cooking up a storm on board once he was done fishing. It was a lovely and unforgettable experience, food was amazing and such positive and happy vibes all round. :) highly recommended!
Our guides Sam and Liam are extremely caring and professional throughout the whole journey. Sam went into the water to catch fresh sea urchin and abalone for us. The ways they cooked the seafood were amazing and allowed us to taste both the original flavours and the seasoned flavours. We had unlimited drinks, lots of oysters, blue fin tuna, squid, lobster, sea urchin and abalone. Lots of fun and highly recommended to everyone!
One of the best tour to join in Tasmania. The crew are super friendly. Great food and good vibe lead by the crew member, so that the 7 hours wasn't that long than expected. 100% recommended Nice food nice view nice mood
wonderful tour, both Huw & Jordan are professional guides for the whole trip, thanks for special arranged sugar-free drink as my requested, fresh seafood, either sashimi or cooked, very delicious and good taste
This was a bucket list item for me, and it did not disappoint. Guides were experienced and fantastic. The seafood was really fresh (especially the sea urchin and abalones that one of the guides dived into the ocean for). Oysters, lobsters, salmon, freshly-caught sea urchins and abalones accompanied by both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There was also a salad featuring different types of cheeses, smoked salmon, fried salmon, blueberries and raspberries. I even got an abalone shell as a souvenir. Highly recommend that you do this at least once in your lifetime.
Very satisfied! Pennicott's tour can be said to be Tasmania's national treasure. The tour content is very exclusive and the service is first-class. There was so much food and drink on the seafood boat that I couldn’t finish it! There is champagne as soon as you get on the boat, followed by a cheese and fruit platter, and a lot of oysters! One of the two guides prepares sashimi, and the other starts diving to hunt our fresh ingredients. They will introduce the fishing restrictions and rules of Tasmania. The ingredients include salmon, sea urchin sashimi, two portions of lobster, and two portions of abalone. Let us understand how Australians cook seafood.
One word - Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️Really enjoyed this seafood cruise! You actually get to learn along with exploring parts of the island not accessible by land.
Lucky we had good weather and managed to see a few wildlife. Seafood was fresh and tasty, little disappointed we didnt get to eat salmon but we had a wide variety of other seafood. Loved the fish. Guides were really friendly and helpful, and explained everything well. Comfortable trip and very interesting
we enjoyed the time with Luke and Stanley, they shared a lot marine experience and knowledge during the cruise journey. Luke also catch the biggest abalone, but it was sad that shell was taken by another family. We also enjoy the time with Stanley on various topics! Thank you Luke and Stanley, we hope to see you soon.
