At a meeting point, you can directly scan the barcode for the service staff and you will give us a ticket. It is very convenient to follow the direction he instructs to go to the entrance. There is no need to line up and walk a lot of wrong roads to buy tickets👍
Helps a lot to skip the line to enter Prague Castle. Easy to pick up, and guide was friendly and helpful. Meeting point was walking distance to Prague Castle, however taking a tram to the top is recommended.
Just meet at the designated spot in the city center to exchange the ticket. They will guide you where to take the bus up to the castle. We walked as the queue for the bus was too long.
Very easy to find the meeting point, it was only two guests that went to the castle, Renata she is very nice and explaining a bit about Prague as introduction. The Ticket only consists 4 major attraction you should have to check where you want to go, and the audio guide is really expensive, so have to think about that as well.
good explanation by the representative.. he explained how to get to the castle on foot/tram/metro. he also introduce the castle history for about 10 minutes. I received a map of the castle too.

Thank the guy who help me to contact the tour operator when I came late for the meeting point and then he help me to contact the tour operator to collect my vouchet in the next meeting point. The skip the line ticket help me a lot when there is long queue for ticket.
Easy to find collection point. No need to print voucher which is more convenient. They will give introduction and useful information after giving your tickets. Highly recommended!
