Q: Is the exhibition venue accessible for people with disabilities? A: Since our venue is located in the Chong Hing basement, if visitors with disabilities find it inconvenient to use the escalator to reach the venue and require staff assistance, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 93190184 three days in advance. We will arrange staff to assist with entry at the venue.

Q: Are ticket counters available on-site? A: There is a ticket office on-site, and tickets can also be purchased online via the Klook platform. The official online ticketing platform operates 24 hours a day.

Q: How to purchase tickets? A: As the number of visitors for each time slot is limited, please purchase your tickets online in advance. You can buy tickets on Klook. Please do not purchase tickets on platforms other than those mentioned above. If you have any ticketing questions, please inquire with the ticketing platform.

Q: Are tickets valid for a single entry only? A: Yes, each ticket is valid for entry only once. If you need to re-enter for any reason, you must purchase a new ticket.

Q: Can I apply for a date change if I am unable to attend as scheduled after purchasing a ticket? A: No.

Q: Can I apply for a refund if I am unable to attend as scheduled after purchasing a ticket? A: No.

Q: Can I apply for a refund if I cannot enter on the ticketed date due to severe weather (such as a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above)? Q: How to enter the “Room That Does Not Exist Even When Spoken”? A: Go to the entrance of the “Room That Does Not Exist Even When Spoken” set up inside the venue and speak the designated password to enter. Please refer to the panel displayed on-site for the password.

Q: Can I take photos, record videos, and share them on social media inside the venue? A: Except for the “Room That Does Not Exist Even When Spoken” (Secret Area), photography and video recording are permitted in all other areas of the venue, and sharing on social media is welcome. However, please do not take photos or record videos inside the “Room That Does Not Exist Even When Spoken,” and do not make the contents of that area public on social media. Visitors are welcome to share their thoughts after the visit, but please be careful not to reveal any spoiler content.

• When entering and visiting, please follow the queue flow and staff instructions. Please do not stay in a single area for a long time to avoid crowd gathering. When crowds are large, crowd control will be implemented; please follow staff instructions to queue and wait for entry in order. • We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through channels other than official ticketing channels, and the organizer will not bear any responsibility for any issues arising from such tickets. • All tickets come with a complimentary admission gift. If it cannot be provided at the time of entry due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will arrange for subsequent collection. • Please follow the exhibition regulations, observe visiting order, and jointly maintain visiting quality. • To ensure visitor safety, please follow the instructions of venue staff. • Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the exhibition area. Please do not bring food, beverages, or pets (except guide dogs). If onsite rules are not followed and there is no intention to improve after persuasion, the organizer has the right to ask the violators to leave, and ticket fees will not be refunded or compensated. • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the exhibition venue. • Please do not bring any food, drinks, long straight umbrellas, large backpacks, suitcases, bicycles, skateboards, selfie sticks, strollers, dangerous or explosive items, or sharp and/or harmful objects into the venue. In addition, no luggage storage service is provided for this exhibition. • To maintain exhibition safety, running, playing, damaging sets or on-site equipment, and attacking staff are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Any damage caused must be compensated at cost. If inappropriate behavior persists after dissuasion, the organizer has the right to demand departure without dispute, and ticket fees will not be compensated or refunded. • Venue-related regulations are subject to on-site announcements, and any damage must be compensated at cost. For any matters not covered, the organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of the event. • If you feel unwell during your visit, please notify the on-site staff for assistance. In addition, you should take good care of your personal belongings inside the venue. The organizer shall not be liable for any personal belongings lost inside the venue and/or personal injuries caused by actions during photography. • You agree that videos recorded within the venue, including your portrait, may be selected by the organizer for internal promotional and/or external publicity purposes. • Any person, including those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who attempts to harass others within the venue and/or refuses to comply with these rules and regulations, may be asked to leave the exhibition area by the on-site staff. • If the exhibition must be temporarily suspended due to weather, safety, maintenance, or other reasons, the organizer has the right to close the exhibition immediately without prior notice. • In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the final decision-making power.
