📩 Pre-trip Notice
On the evening before departure between 18:00 and 21:00, your housekeeper will contact you in advance via WeChat and WhatsApp. Please remember the departure time, location, license plate number, and driver's information, and keep your phone accessible.
🕗 Meeting Time and Location
6:00-7:00 (In case of holidays or other circumstances, departure will be advanced to 5:30-6:00). The driver will pick you up at your hotel to start today's journey. Please be ready for the trip before the driver arrives.

By far the WORST tour I've booked through Klook! Extremely poorly organised & disappointing! Entrance tickets to ALL 3 major attractions were excluded and had to be purchased separately. What's the point of a tour if it doesn't simplify travelling? We spent more time on road than at attractions. Advertised 8–9pm hotel returns were inaccurate. Night 1 ended after 9pm, hungry and exhausted. On Day 2, we left Dagu Glacier at 1pm after just 4–5 rushed hours, yet reached our hotel at 1AM! We had to wake at 6am for Jiuzhaigou. I paid extra for TWO luxury hotel stays and a solo supplement. The first hotel was rundown. The second was lovely, but arriving at 1am defeated the purpose of paying for luxury accommodation. Day 3 meant another 6+ hours driving, ending at a station farther from our pickup point. Smaller stops were pointless when everyone was exhausted and famished. Klook promises a satisfaction guarantee. I am COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED! Terrible planning, poor value. NEVER AGAIN!
