Food quality dropped compared to previous time. Puff has too much fat, is oily and not nice as before. Still cheaper than retail price though.

Highly recommended for anyone who likes pies to get the chicken pies from Polar. Yummy ingredients in the inside and crispy on the outside, leaving one to yearn for a second pie. It is simply delicious but yet irresistible. Do try itself to understand what I mean.

Bought for my husband to eat as he was very hungry. He liked it a lot and finished the chicken pie really fast. Klook description indicated 10% discount but price is the same as store, hope it could be really 10% cheaper.

I wanted to redeem from a particular outlet in the evening, but several times the chicken pie runs out before then. So in the end I choose to redeem it during lunchtime.

Taste good, but I prefer to have other options such as curry pies, etc. I bought and redeem the evening, but ran of pies in the 2 outlets I visited. So have to redeem the next day.

Very easy to redeem and the staff immediately knew what to do as soon as I mentioned that redemption is through klook. The pie itself is quite yummy. I enjoyed the crunchy and flaky crust. But this Probably means it's not ideal to redeem too early before consuming
