Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- Partial refund rules: No partial refund will apply. If the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather, customers may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 15 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 1 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund

Eligibility
- Free for children with a height of 80cm or below
- Children aged 12-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children with a height of 67cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- This activity has no age limit
- Children with a height of 80cm or below can travel free of charge
- Children aged 1-2 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
- Children aged 3-4 can travel free of charge
- Participants aged 4-6 are considered children, based on their official ID
- This activity has no age limit
- Children under 40 years old are considered infants, based on their official ID
- Seniors aged 60+ should present a medical certificate before participating
- Free for seniors aged 2+
- Participants must be aged under 50 to take part in this activity
- Participants aged over 68 are considered seniors, based on their official ID
