• The chartered car service has a maximum duration of 10 hours per day. There is no strict limit on the duration of stay at a single attraction, allowing travelers to freely control their own sightseeing pace. Early termination of the itinerary or any unused portion of the 10-hour service time caused by the pace of the tour will not be split or refunded. The service duration is calculated starting from when the driver arrives at the pick-up point and picks up the travelers, and ends upon delivery to the specified destination.
• Default departure time: 9:00 [can be flexibly adjusted according to your actual needs], regular available service hours: 7:00-22:00 (24-hour format);
• The sightseeing route and attraction visit durations are for reference only. You can add or remove attractions as needed. The driver will prioritize planning a "no backtracking" route to reduce travel time. You can inform the driver before departure or during the trip to adjust attractions or routes, and the driving plan will be replanned and adjusted for you at any time;
• 5-7 seat vehicle including driver and guide service. Under the premise of safe driving and safe parking, it provides tourists with appropriate scenic spot introductions or commentaries, and assists with taking photos. 9-seat or above vehicle models provide driver-only service. After the order is confirmed, the driver will take the initiative to contact you before 20:00 one day prior to the start of the itinerary (please keep your contact information available) to confirm the final departure time and pickup location. If no one contacts you after 20:00, please contact customer service in a timely manner for feedback.
